Top Obamunist: We Control the Media
Posted by Van Helsing at October 19, 2009 11:12 AM
For once Comrade Obama's Communications Director Anita Dunn — who regards the most blood-soaked tyrant in human history as one of her "favorite political philosophers" — has something to say that isn't a lie. She admits that from even before the Moonbat Messiah's Ascension, the quasi-communist Obama regime has absolutely controlled the propaganda we're fed by the liberal establishment media.
President Obama's presidential campaign focused on "making" the news media cover certain issues while rarely communicating anything to the press unless it was "controlled," White House Communications Director Anita Dunn disclosed to the Dominican government at a videotaped conference.
Here she goes:
As the founding father of liberal ideology Karl Marx said,
History repeats itself, first as tragedy, second as farce.
The first time around, the world got Joseph Goebbels. Now it gets Anita Dunn.
On a tip from Mattius Maximus. Hat tip: The Reaganite Republican.
Comments
How many times does she use the work "make"? I lost count, but she sure seemed confident that they could "make" the media report whatever they wanted.
Beck says he has more on this woman tonight. I wonder if this is it, or if he has more Maoism.

Team 44 looks to control the media just as Hugo Chavez controls his. They are trying to set FoxNews up for some sort of FCC fairness doctrine/slap. Thus the blitz.

Fox News should be immune from the Fairness Doctrine and FCC sanctions, only because they are on cable and not a broadcast operation.
The Obamunists are simply trying to discredit Fox by making them look like a bunch of redneck flag-wavin' moe-rons. Of course, what they don't realize is that the White House is looking more moronic with each passing day.

"There was a premium on authenticity."
Does authenticity mean the opposite of what I thought it meant?

White House urges rest of press to side with administration

A move worthy of any 3rd world dictatorship.

Is she going to claim now that she was misquoted, taken out of context or she was just joking?
The joke is on the people of the United States. They elected a naive fool who brought incompetents into the government with him.

FOX is biased. As far as I can tell, all the news media outlets are biased. That's why I don't follow them any more; they are seriously short on objective reporting.
You guys are also quite biased, but at least I have a handle on where your biases are and occasionally you do offer up facts if pressed, so I respect you guys more.
But, yeah, this is a serious misstep by an out-of-touch White House.

Sound about like the opening to THE OUTER LIMITS with we,ll control all that you see and hear

Every reporter has bias, HYG, but the media is overwhelmingly biased to the left. You might be interested in this UCLA study that pretty convincingly argues Washington correspondents are overwhelmingly left wing in their voting patterns and in their usage of sources, such as think tank references.

The study also found that only Fox News and the Washington Times did not tilt left. Seems to me we need to keep these news outlets if for no other reason than to prevent a liberal media monopoly.

Fox news is a commercial success and they avoid outright slander, so they're fine by me. I just don't listen to them.

That's the great thing about this country. You have choices. Too bad Obama and his Maoist minister of propaganda are not fans of letting people choose their own news stations.
Posted by: Judith M. at October 19, 2009 4:19 PM
Mao's china is still alive and so are many mao loving pigs inside the USA.
Obama loves mao and his people are our enemies.

hey you....your approval is not requested, desired or needed.
The White House fell into the oldest trap on earth, and now Fox News will have ratings through the roof. Do not act like you are not biased, because all humans are.

At least in the video above she's got her tongue under control. Most likely she was off the Thorazine when the video was made, unlike last June when she commented on the fact that two of her favorite philosophers were Mother Teresa and Mao Tse-Tongue. [sorry - hadda do it]

HYG, shut the fuck up you, you mincing liberal dipshit.

Newt Gingrich quoting Chairman Mao
"War is politics with blood; politics is war without blood," said the Speaker, citing the late Chinese Communist leader Mao Tse-tung. [Roll Call, 5/29/95
McCain quoting Chairman Mao plenty of times.
'It's always darkest before it's totally black.
Karl Rove, another Fox News contributor, wrote in a December 2008 Wall Street Journal op-ed that President Bush "encouraged me to read a Mao biography."

There is nothing wrong with your television set or computer. Do not attempt to adjust the picture. We are controlling transmission. If we wish to make it louder, we will bring up the volume. If we wish to make it softer, we will tune it to a whisper. We will control the horizontal. We will control the vertical. We can roll the image; make it flutter. We can change the focus to a soft blur or sharpen it to crystal clarity. For the next hour, sit quietly and we will control all that you see and hear. We repeat: there is nothing wrong with your television set. You are about to participate in a great adventure. You are about to experience the awe and mystery which reaches from the inner mind to the outer limits of ObamaNation.

Liberals have become oppressers that they have accused others of being.
There's a wise saying that goes something like this:
"Your tolerance is judged by what you do when you are in power, not when others are in power".
