High court rules pellet gun isn't deadly weapon

The Leftists have always used fraudulent shenanigans along with their cronies in big media. For example, the media never reported LBJ's comment:

''These Negroes, they're getting pretty uppity these days, and that's a problem for us since they've got something now they never had before, the political pull to back up their uppityness." [but LBJ didn't say "Negroes."]

And pre-ACORN there was still rampant voter fraud by the Democrat Left. In fact, Nixon won the 1960 presidential election. But the JFK/LBJ ticket stole it through voter fraud. Here's how:

LBJ [JFK's V.P. pick] got 200 votes added late at night, after the Texas polls had closed. That got JFK and LBJ elected by a mere 87 votes, out of a million cast [Texas is a winner take all state].

The Federal district court had already confirmed that ~200 votes were from people who never voted in the election. The libs had simply taken the roster and picked out non-voters, and voted for them. Six of them testified under oath, in Federal court, that they either were not in the county, or simply did not vote that day. But the ballots cast for them by others were counted anyway.

When matters began to look desperate on election night, LBJ called his old friend, Justice Hugo Black.

Supreme Court Justice Hugo Black promptly issued a ruling quashing all investigations of voting irregularities in Texas. That action made the JFK/LBJ ticket the certified winner, giving them the Texas electoral votes. Immediately following Justice Black's ruling, all the Texas ballots were burned.

Similar voter fraud was committed in Illinois, particularly in Chicago's precincts. In a close election, the Illinois electoral votes were handed to the JFK/LBJ ticket.

The same kind of voter fraud occurred recently in Washington state, and in Minnesota [the Minnesota supreme court confirmed that 2812 ballots from dead voters had been voted -- every one of them for the Democrat candidate -- more than enough to change the election result].

With thousands of ACORN people stuffing the ballots, Rossi "lost" Washington state by a few votes. Subsequently, the Washington state ACORN gang was convicted of stuffing ballot boxes. But the election was never re-run.

In addition, a re-count was conducted, and Rossi won by 261 votes in the recount. But the Dems demanded yet another recount, furiously working to find more ballots. In the second recount, Rossi won by, IIRC, 41 votes. Did they swear Rossi in as required by law either time? No.

They did a third recount after 'finding' more ballots... and Rossi lost to Christine Gregoire, who supposedly 'won' the third recount by 129 votes. She was immediately sworn in, and the ballots were destroyed.

And of course Al Franken lost the recent Minnesota election. But massive voter fraud, again by ACORN, put him ahead. Despite the ACORN convictions for voter fraud, the elections were never re-run.

Without honest elections, the Left has illegitimately insinuated itself into positions of power. I don't know the answer, but keeping quiet about it sure hasn't worked.

For someone they believe is merely an ineffectual shock jock, they are sure going out of their way to get him.

Caro told Charlie Rose recently that he can't finish his last book on LBJ because girly-man Bill Moyers, blabber-mouth convicted drunk & PBS chatterbox, won't give him interviews about LBJ.

Moyers has a lot more to hide than his own anti-gay and drinking problems.

I have no problem with calling Tweety on his silly remarks about Rush. Here's the full quote:
