Spoiled Progressive Crybabies Call the Wahmbulance
Posted by Gregory of Yardale at October 15, 2009 1:12 AM
Hot Air has a nice post comparing and contrasting crybaby leftist panty-waists who whine about being "victimized" by Michelle Malkin/Rush Limbaugh's/Glenn Beck's exercise of free speech with people who have actually been through real trauma.
Hot Air notes that just within just the last week, the progressive waaahmbulance has responded to calls from:
- NFL football players victimized by Rush Limbaugh? Yeah, cry me a river, Mr. Millionaire Athlete.
- Charisse Carney-Nunes victimized by Michelle Malkin? You’re breaking my heart, Ms. Best-Selling Children’s Author.
- Maureen Dowd victimized by Liz Cheney? I pity you, Ms. Once-Dated-Michael-Douglas.
These spoiled, leftist crybabies are contrasted with a woman who suffered the real trauma and victimhood of being kidnapped and used as a sex slave by a demented creep. (No, not David Letterman).
After being held against her will for 18 years, much of it in a backyard hell straight out of a horror film, Jaycee Dugard wants the world to know: “I’m so happy to be back with my family,” she tells PEOPLE. Now living in seclusion with her mom, Dugard, 29, has begun the slow process of recovery. She rides horses, cooks meals and is thinking of collaborating on a book.“They live a surprisingly normal life, considering the circumstances,” says Terry’s stepmother, Joan Curry.
On the one side: We have women who have survived horrific abuse, but who are happy to be alive. We also have the examples of brave soldiers who were maimed horribly in Iraq and Afghanistan, but who embrace life with gusto.
On the other: We have crybabies who can't cope with the fact that people are expressing opinions they don't agree with.
Whose side do you want to be on?

And before you stupid libtard trolls even say it, criticizing Dear Reader is not the same as whining. I know you guys are stupid and dishonest enough to make that comparison.

But remember; Roman Polanski is being treated "unfairly" and he's depressed in jail. I mean, all he really did was DRUG AND SODOMIZE a 13 year-old. C'mon now folks. Haven't we all done that at some time in our lives?

Right on, fuzzlenutter! I find my "dates" are much more willing once I've spiked their Juicey Juice with ketamine!

Minorities
We need to show more sympathy for these people.
* They travel miles in the heat.
* They risk their lives crossing a border.
* They don't get paid enough wages.
* They do jobs that others won't do or are afraid to do.
* They live in crowded conditions among a people who speak a different language..
* They rarely see their families, and they face adversity all day ~ every day.
I'm not talking about illegal Mexicans ~ I'm talking about our troops! Doesn't it seem strange that many politicians are willing to lavish all kinds of social benefits on illegals, but don't support our troops, and are even threatening to defund them?

TED, you rock.
Posted by: Karin at October 15, 2009 5:14 AM
Yeah I almost didn't finish your post TED. While I do know there are hard worker as minorities, illegal immigrants deserve no sympathy, they all got their reasons but they are still criminals. I agree 110% withour troops... you forgot:
- They give the best of themselves and get only scorn by the liberal medias
- Their funerals are dessecrated by some of the lowest form of life on earth.
- They receive no support from their commander and doubt he's even interested.

“We have crybabies who can't cope with the fact that people are expressing opinions they don't agree with”
Hmm, sounds like every Conservative I've listened to.....
Sorry, did I say listened to? I meant say ‘be forced to endure the rantings of’...
Posted by: Aquatarkus at October 15, 2009 6:46 AM
Yup, I'm sure your radio and tv won't shut off or change channels when it hits a conservative show.
Olbermann and Maddow are on where I can watch, but I'm in no way "forced to endure the rantings of" either of them. Typical liberal victim ideology.

Have you ever seen a show called Brass Eye?
It was a comedy made in the style of a sensationalist news roundup type-programme.
After I saw it I realised how completely over the top the news really is.
Seriously, watch it and you'll see what I mean.

Just wait for some pukeface director like MICHEAL MOORE or OLIVER STONE to get this and make some crappy movie about polanski and they,ll twist the truth so show him as a victim as they did with that crappy THE PEOPLE vs LARRY FLINT

If you don't like it, change the channel or visit another website.
No one's forcing you to do anything, idiot.

What Aquatarkus and most progressives don't seem to get is the difference between not liking another person's opinions and actually feeling victimized by them. There is a HUGE difference there.
I don't cry about the random idiotic opinions I hear from liberals. I just make fun of them. Much of it is so absurd that you just have to laugh. What else can you do? If they actually attempt to infringe upon my rights and lower my quality of life by actually legislating those opinions or claiming them as facts rather than opinions, I don't cry about it. I fight back.
Progressives seem to feel justified in forcing others not only to do as they wish but to *think* as they do. We are not far from thought crimes legislation as described by Orwell.

Posting right-wing propaganda at 1:12 AM? There are a few groups of people who might be doing such a thing...
1) Alcoholics
2) The unemployable
3) Angry loaners
Which one of those groups houses Gregory of Yardale?
(Hint: It can be more than one of them...)
Or it could be that some stupid troll somewhere doesn't understand the concept of time zones

Which one of those groups does AnonyDouchebag belong to....
Posted by: Anonymous at October 15, 2009 11:28 AM
Liberals: Posterchildren for hypocrisy since the first stone-age act of thievery.
Posted by: hiram at October 15, 2009 11:40 AM
Yeah, my own "angry" is in the shop, so they gave me a "loaner."

If you substituted the word ‘liberal’ for ‘conservative’ in that statement, that would pretty much sum up how I, and many other Liberals feel when he hear Conservative viewpoints.
Don't know where you got this whole ‘feeling victimised’ crap from, you probably just imagined it.
Posted by: Anonymous at October 15, 2009 2:48 PM
That would be a great comeback Anon, except that it denies the reality of all that politically correct liberal legislation...or is that also in my imagination? :)
Posted by: Auntie Sam at October 15, 2009 3:29 PM
That does it, Gregory. I'm calling the whaaambulance right now. I have been victimized by this thread and I need mental health treatment.
Posted by: Ghost of Wellstone at October 15, 2009 10:39 PM
You claim Liberals feel victimised, but I've seen endless reports on this site about how Conservatives feel like they're becoming an oppressed group within America.
And that's complete bollocks, isn't it?
Posted by: Aquatarkus at October 16, 2009 12:58 AM
Oops. My bad. I just stumbled across some news articles - right here on this site no less - where some people were threatened with eviction for flying the American flag, on American soil.
I've also seen many articles over the last few years about people being subjected to all kinds of threats for speaking conservative views on a college campus or other places where PC-behavior is enforced.
Maybe it's time I did more reading and less talking. Call me crazy.
Posted by: Aquatarkus at October 16, 2009 1:26 AM
"Yeah, my own "angry" is in the shop, so they gave me a "loaner.""
Isn't an angry loaner someone who doesn't get paid back?
Posted by: Judith M. at October 16, 2009 2:19 AM
Oh stop it, you cunt.
Posted by: Aquatarkus at October 16, 2009 5:04 AM
I have read many articles posted on this site, and all of them have either been sensationalist, unwarranted, hysterical, fabricated, ridiculous, nasty, ignorant, biased, completely fucking stupid, or all of the above.
You keep asking me why I bother using this site if I hate it so much, my answer is the same as yours: to bitch about intolerance and stupidity.
But no nobody seems to realise is that it's people like you who have and always will be ignorant and stupid.
I'm willing to admit that I may be somewhat naive, and I'm perfectly aware of the fact I don't know everything, but you will never appreciate how foolish and backwards you all are.
I'm not going to leave.
I said it before and I'll say it again:
If I wasn't here, you would all just agree with each other, and how boring would that be?
Posted by: Aquatarkus at October 16, 2009 5:20 AM
No, I am leaving. There's no way I'm going to continue to stay here and argue with people who have their act together when I do not.
Posted by: Aquatarkus at October 16, 2009 10:35 AM
“Have their act together”?
Bullshit.
Posted by: Aquatarkus at October 16, 2009 10:56 AM
Stop making me sound like some liberal douche.
