House Ways & Means Committee Chairman Charlie Rangel (D-N.Y.) held a hearing this morning to certify that H.R. 3200 -- the main House Obamacare bill which was the subject of all the town hall rage in August -- has met all requirements to pass as a “budget reconciliation” measure.

Under reconciliation, the bill can be passed by a simple majority vote in the Senate -- just 51 votes -- and will be given preferential treatment on the House floor as well. The Dems have apparently invoked the “nuclear option” to shut out Republicans and ensure the bill is passed before the end of the year.

I used to notice freaks of nature from the left on street corners demanding an end to the war and bush is a war criminal. I haven't seen those dysfunctional and drug addled looking bums ever since O'dumbo took office. I guess now that it's a democrat war it's a good war.

I have seen a lot of American news, and it seems like the reason people complain about it having a leftist bias is because it because it doesn't have a conservative bias.
In other words, if isn't one thing, then it must be the complete opposite.

Yeah, the right-leaning media...Aqua, the media in this country is about 90% hard core leftist. It always astounds me how leftists claim to be for diversity but the existence of even ONE news outlet that doesn't march lockstep with all the other leftist news outlets puts them into a dither. Of course, the fact that that news outlet is more successful than all the rest combined MIGHT have something to do with their defensiveness.
