There is no provision in the Constitution that allows congress to pass any law to "force" citizens to pay for a federal government provided service, or lose their citizenship, and calling it the committing of a crime by not doing so. It will fail, or be overturned by the supreme court, along with Obama's impeachment for treason, not long after it collapses from no income.
