Michele Bachmann Dismisses MSNBC

Posted by Van Helsing at October 7, 2009 8:31 AM

As the corrupt liberal establishment that produced Comrade Obama continues to fail our country, it will give way to alternatives that are more responsive to our needs. An example is journalism, where upstart Fox News continues to smoke the duckspeaking propagandists that comprise its entrenched competition. Unless prevented by totalitarian means, political representation will follow suit, with sharp-witted patriots like Michele Bachmann shoving debauched dinosaurs like Bonnie Fwank along toward the tar pits. NewsBusters reports on Rep. Bachmann laying waste to the ankle-biting Establishmentarians at MSNBC:

Over the past two years, MSNBC — the so-called "place for politics" has had a fascination with the congresswoman from Minnesota's Sixth District.
And some of those attacks have been against her family, others borderline misogynistic. However, GOP Rep. Michelle Bachmann told a group of conservative bloggers at The Heritage Foundation on Oct. 6 she really wasn't concerned about MSNBC, and noted how poorly the network does in the ratings.
"Quite honestly, I don't even know anything about MSNBC," Bachmann said. "It's not a network that I watch and most of the American people agree with that assessment. They aren't watching it either. And that's why Fox's ratings — I mean it's like CNN, CNBC, MSNBC combined. I think Fox even exceeded one of the major networks last week. They're on the ascendency."

Establishment media apparatchiks fear another Sarah Palin in Bachmann, so they snipe at her incessantly. But she's unimpressed with their attempts to bring her down:

For so long, they have established the rules of media. And we're all supposed to cower in fear of these guys. I didn't fear my own editorial boards in Minneapolis/St. Paul when I lived there. I'm certainly not going to fear the likes of Keith Olbermann.

From its inception, America has always been about people with principles overcoming staggering odds to free themselves from bloated authoritarians. Patriots stood up to the British Empire; they should have no problem dealing with the left-wing weenies staffing MSDNC.

Rep. Bachmann at the Heritage Foundation.

On a tip from Edward.

pomalom... I'd vote for that ticket in a heartbeat. No qualms about it.

even more than sex, truth sells...

I'm stuck in the 4th with Betty McCommie but I always give some money to Michele's campaign. She makes the liberals up here heads explode every time she gets near a microphone. I love it.

and yeah pomalom, Palin/Bachmann and I dare 'em not to vote for an all female ticket! That would be a killer team for sure.

If you picture a half circle compass, we know that straight up(12 o'clock) is 90 degrees, all the way right is 180 degrees, and all the way left is 0 degrees. Assuming 90 to be straight up non bias and dead accurate, bipartisan, truth-whole truth-and nothing but the truth, etc, 0 to be far left extremism and partisan, and 180 to be far right extremism and partisan, I'd rate CNN at about 70 degrees, MSNBC at about 20 degrees, and FOX news at about 9 degrees.
If such a method were used to rate Congress and Senate, Bachmann would likely peg out at 180.
Of course, that's not a scientific analysis, just my opinion.

LOL, make that FOX News at 171 degrees. No wonder I flunked that class.

Andy... rabble rabble?

Posted by: AmericanToTheCore at October 7, 2009 9:57 AM

What is Andy babbling about now? Hopefully the nice men in the white coats (not the ones at Obamas photo op) come and take him to his padded cell.

"sharp-witted patriots like Michele Bachmann"

Hahaha. It's to bad the humor is unintentional. I'll be sure to check this site regularly, there is some real comic genius in the making here.

"But she's unimpressed with their attempts to bring her down"

"Palin-Bachmann 2012!"

The dream ticket - for the Democrats.

Andy;

I've told you, warned you, advised you.

Don't write blogs while the bong water is still in your system.

Your ambition to be a household name has no chance in view of the fact that you are now a household joke.

Jim et al, at least I can admit that CNN tilts left and that MSNBC leans way far left. I can understand why you want to run from a discussion on where FOX rates on that dial.

"Palin-Bachmann 2012!"

Oh please oh please! Dem majority for the rest of time...

Oh, that must be why Leftist Democrats have to move rightward toward the center in order to get elected.

In three years post-Obama, anyone with a (D) after their name won't be able to get elected as toilet-scrubber.

Bachmann and Yeah Yeah Yeahs...one and the same.

Posted by: Fiberal at October 7, 2009 6:29 PM

Why is it that our Left-Leaning Letterman-Loving Low Life Lizard Like Lobotomized Lemming Like Liberal Losers always get thier panties in a bunch with just the MENTION of Palin and/or Bachmann?

Posted by: TonyD95B at October 7, 2009 7:14 PM

"MSDNC." That's too timid.

More like BSnbc. With all the bedwetting, french-fellating parasites at BSnbc, they have certainly earned that respective title.

Vote Republican! We have all the hot chicks!

Posted by: conservativeteen at October 7, 2009 8:21 PM

I just realized that I love her as much as I love Sarah Palin. The way she dismisses the state-run news is simply brilliant and inspiring to say the least.

Posted by: obamasux at October 7, 2009 10:05 PM

I, also, would love to see a Palin/Bachmann or Bachmann/Palin administration, but what are the realistic chances the Republican establishment would allow it to happen and/or support it?
