In Memorium: Jesse Dirkhising
Posted by Gregory of Yardale at October 27, 2009 12:57 PM
It was ten years ago this month that 13 year old Jesse Dirkhising was raped and murdered by a pair of gay men; a murder the MSM brushed under the rug because they were too busy hyping the "hate crime" of Matthew Shepard, who was robbed and murdered by two druggies he picked up in a bar. The media continue to this day to perpetuate the myth that he was murdered for being gay.
Ten years later, a hate crimes law has been passed through Congress and attached to a military spending bill as an Amendment; a bill that will charge you with a hate crime for beating up the guy who molests your son. It's called the "Matthew Shepard Act."
But there's no such thing as the "Jesse Dirkhising Act." His death just doesn't count.
Not only that, but we now have a 'Safe School Czar' who would have said to Jesse Dirkhising as he left for a weekend with his murderers. "Have fun and don't forget to use a condom."

Comments
You're right...there IS nothing funny about this. Hate, racism, homophobia, lies, intolerance...they only go one direction. If you are far to the "progressive" left, it all happens TO you. If you're more to the right (or an innocent kid like Jesse Dirkhisin) they you are to BLAME.
We've got one last slim window of opportunity to stand up in this country. We better overwhelm the Communist left (i.e. Congress, the Obama administration, activist groups, the U.N., et. al.) with a show of solidarity and force the likes of which they've never known.
Like Gary Cooper said in "Meet John Doe": Don't wait for the game to be called on account of darkness. Wake up, John Doe. You're the light of the world."

Hate crime bills and other ridiculous bullshit bills are passed, so that the lawmaker can pat his, or herself on the back and tell him, or herself what a great person they are for standing up for the minority since no one else will. Liberals are all about selfish pursuits, and perpetuating the facade or tolerance. Meanwhile, they have their heads too far up their asses to realize that they are the most intolerant group of idiots there is. It will be a great day when the medical community finally treats liberalism as the terrible mental condition that it really is.

We are going so far to the left that only a dosage of Islam can straighten this out.
Posted by: oldguy at October 27, 2009 2:31 PM
There are crimes like this you,ll never hear of from our left-wing liberal news media just contact the COUNCIL of CONSERVATIVE CITIZENS and find out about these crimes
Posted by: Spurwing Plover at October 27, 2009 2:38 PM
I understand that newsrooms spike stories about homosexual violence on a daily basis. You can see why they would especially be inclined to spike this one. It has everything they don't want you to know about homosexuals, namely that they are more likely to sexually abuse young teenage males, use drugs, and engage in dangerous sex practices. It also would have served as warning to stupid parents everywhere--don't let your young teenage boys go on sleepovers at the gay neighbors.
Posted by: Judith M. at October 27, 2009 2:59 PM
That is a horrible, tragic story. I can't imagine what the Dirkhisings have gone through. I just can't imagine . . .
Sometimes we funny guys have to step into dark, ugly reality. Thank you for shining light on Jesse's story.

But of course, it's fine and dandy for the recent 30 white male Republican U.S. Senators to vote against gang raping women? Well, not gang rape from say some black thug but yet it's ok for profitable industries that have enough K Street lobbing cash.
Oh wait, let me guess, Jay needs a link right? Or it didn't happen? And these bastards sell themselves in the name of God.
Posted by: andy42302 at October 27, 2009 4:10 PM
Nice case of moral equivalency you've got going there, Andy. It's perfectly OK for 60 dems to attach the "hate crime" rider to a defense authorization bill, right? Because you know, and the rest of us know, the bill didn't stand a chance on it's own merits.
And, you still didn't address the point of the story, a 13yr old was bound, raped and suffocated by two homosexual men. And the story was largely ignored by the Lame Stream Media.
Hypocrite!!!

Andy's just playing the old-fashioned troll distraction game. "Look, over here, something shiny!" If he continues to try and hijack this thread, his comments may be moderated. Consider this a warning.
Posted by: Gregory of Yardale at October 27, 2009 4:39 PM
I have a new outlook on trolls. I used to think "OK, another voice and point of view...good fodder to re-emphasize OUR point", but not any more.
The ENTIRE MEDIA, ACADEMIA and GOVERNMENT is a bullhorn for their B.S. From now on, ZERO tolerance of their crap. Same thing with the Republicans. Enough of this "big tent" stuff. Stand on principles and do NOT back down. The basic, founding-father principles are a big enough tent. If we have to give up the core of what we believe to be "big tent", then SCREW the tent.
Stand tall, stand firm, never back down.

Protip: If you guys don't severely tone down conservatism on social issues, you're going to lose people. Then you guys won't be able to get in the fiscal conservatives we desperately need. Please, stop sabotaging yourselves!
For example, your faulty logic here. You take two people who are psychopaths and imply that their behaviour is representative of all members of a group they belong to. It's overgeneralizing and prejudiced. Sure, maybe you guys aren't being so explicit about the link, but far too many of your conservative brethren would be.
Good points about the media double-standard, tho.
Posted by: hey you guys at October 27, 2009 4:47 PM
If 'fiscal conservatives' are uncomfortable with the stance that gay child rape is wrong, I don't want them in my tent.

WTF, Andy90210?
"..... it's fine and dandy for.....30 white male Republican U.S. Senators to vote against gang raping women?"
Well, I should HOPE they voted against it!

Today in Florida an illegal immigrant from El Salvador was arrested for sexually molesting a 13 year old girl. Sad thing is he was previously arrested in Alabama for the same crime and deported, instead of sent to prison. Will the sham hate crimes bill give him cover? Maybe if he was in one of those libtard sanctuary cities cropping up in places like the Socialist Republic of California. Anyone who is found guilty of raping, molesting or murdering a child deserves a life sentence, not in solitary confinement, but in the general prison population.
A less expensive version of a death sentence.

Yes. Of course. Why wouldn't it be?
Posted by: dandy andy42302 at October 27, 2009 4:10 PM- "Well, not gang rape from say some black thug..."
Oh dear. You used the "B" word as an adjective for a noun that has negative associations. That's racist. How can you be so insensitive and racist? Such a blatant racist attitude will not "go down" well with your NAMBLA & ACT UP commissars. You'll be shunned at the felching meets. No "soup" for you. You sick little monkey.

What are they lobbing? Grenades? Tennis balls?

It's interesting that my "October 27, 2009 5:13 PM" post has been deleted (yet I have screen print)...
(Because you were warned not to hijack the thread and you did it anyway. I don't care if you spew your anti-Republican hate on other threads, but not on this one. Not when it's about the rape and murder of a child.)
Posted by: andy42302 at October 27, 2009 5:33 PM
No Republican endorsed rape. That is a hysterical exaggeration which, of course, had nothing to do with the topic at hand.
The only thing that's sick is the way Andy would hijacks a thread condemning child rape and murder to make a dishonest political smear against Republicans; then he has the gall to accuse others of immorality hypocrisy. I've wiped stuff off my a$$ that had more moral integrity than Andy.
Andy reads about the brutal rape and murder of a child, and all he can think about is, "How can I use this to somehow slam Republicans?" He is a sick, pathetic, and loathsome piece of work.

[THREADJACKER HISSY-FIT DELETED]
(Spew your hate on the Open Threads, Morning Briefs, or whatever all you want. In fact, I invite it on those threads, because it's useful to witness and be horrified by the festering pus of progressive 'thought.'' But not on a thread memorializing the rape and murder of a child.)

[THREADJACK COMMENT DELETED]
Save your deranged smears for the open threads, troll-boy.
Posted by: andy42302 at October 27, 2009 6:25 PM
In contrast to Andy's hysterical smear that Republicans are "pro-rape," there were, in fact, reasonable objections to the amendment in question:
In fact, the reason some Republicans objected is that the amendment was overbroad and might not be enforceable. The latter possibility was raised by the Department of Defense in a letter to senators, saying that the DOD or its contractors "may not be in a position to know about such things. Enforcement would be problematic." It would be easy enough to infer a conspiracy of denial, if not for the fact that the White House agrees. And, if not for what followed in the Defense Department letter:
"It may be more effective to seek a statutory prohibition of all such arrangements in any business transaction entered into within the jurisdiction of the United States, if these arrangements are deemed to pose an unacceptable method of recourse." Apparently, the "why-do-you-support-rape" crowd overlooked that detail. It's far more entertaining to insist that Republicans, instead of objecting to a potentially bad law, don't mind if women get gang-raped.
And Andy is still a pathetic, loathsome piece of crap for hijacking a thread about the rape and murder of a child just so he could peddle a Huffington Post smear against Republicans.

hAndy is a FaggoNazi who needs to be bitch-slapped.
You want to kill everyone who disagrees with you, don't you hAndy? Come, be truthful: You hate us and want to kill us, don't you?

Nice word salad there, Andy.
From what I can make out, apparently a vote was held to determine whether gang rape is legal, and apparently 30 Republicans either voted that it was, or that it wasn't. Or something. By the way 100% of support for Roman Polanski came from the left, not us, so not sure where you're going with that second post either.
Posted by: mandible claw at October 27, 2009 7:31 PM
Arrest, trial and conviction of child rape, or murder = summary death sentence (ya know, a bullet to the back of the head). Wouldn't stop all such criminal behavior, but it would slow down, shall we say, the rate of recidivism.

As I've told Van, if I'm not welcome here I'll show myself to the door.
Bullshit.
You know damned well you're not welcome or wanted here and yet...

Of course what happened is tragic and sick but VH is making a statement here - that gays are rapists.
Are heterosexuals rapists and sick b/c some men molest little girls?
What does rape [committed by heterosexuals or homosexuals] have to do with hate crimes?
Since when does being a conservative mean being illogical and bigoted??
Posted by: Lee at October 27, 2009 8:08 PM
I am gay and conservative and I think the Jesse's rapists should be executed.
I don't get why VH has posted this story in connection w hate crimes?
Hate crimes based on sexual orientation means that anyone that targets someone b/c of their sexual orientation - straight or gay - is eligible for enhanced punishment. Its not just for gays - it so happens that most people killed or beat up b/c of their sexual orientation are gay.
Posted by: Lee at October 27, 2009 8:12 PM
"Of course what happened is tragic and sick but VH is making a statement here - that gays are rapists."
Lee
You fucking idiot. The "statement" that Van is making is that the MSM doesn't report the story with the same weight as supposed hate crimes against homosexuals.
Get your head out of your ass, dipshit.
You fucking idiot. You are a stupid, stupid, stupid, brain dead liberal.
MY GOD where do you people find the brains to breath!

we now live in a country that has no laws only the race rights of monkeys. check out who obama just put on the fed court system a real red Chinese who father killed Americans, this nation has become a world joke and soon to become a real murder state.
sad about the little bady girl but many will follow her end if people just talk.

Lee is right but we all do live inside a nation of no laws only a nation that wants to be a police state.
Posted by: Fred Dawes at October 27, 2009 8:41 PM
Notice that Lee's comments --- even though parts of them were ignorant and stupid --- weren't deleted, because they were on-topic. They were not a blatant attempt to trivialize child-rape and change the subject.

You are an utter coward Gregory and you know it.... blah blah ... blah.... THREADJACK DENIED.
There's a New Morning Briefs thread. Feel free to screech there to your heart's content, baby doll.

I have no issues complying with the rules and to be honest, staying on topic makes for a much better forum. Perhaps you can enlighten me on these rules as I didn't even know that Moonbattery had any.
How is it threadjacking to point out that you're exploiting the tragedy of Jesse Dirkhising in order to take a cheap shot at Democrat's legislation?
I could might give you that one but how is it threadjacking to respond to "Bob at October 27, 2009 7:00 PM" who claims I want to kill anyone that I don't agree with?
Or is it that perhaps anything less than bobbing ones head in accordance with you and taking shots (relevant or not) at liberals is threadjacking?
Posted by: andy42302 at October 28, 2009 7:16 AM
Andy, please FOAD. No one wants you here, no one can stand an amoral liberal whore like yourself.

Farmer, isn't that thredjacking?

No andy it was a response to your brand of "thinking". Now run along and put together your own website,oh that's right you did. From the looks of it you're just about as popular as Air America. Now go away little boy and play amongst the kostards where your f-ed up views will be appreciated.
Posted by: Farmer Ted at October 28, 2009 9:10 AM
Aside from you off topic blather Ted, the blog your questioning is simply that-a blog, hence; weblog which is a place that I put info of interest. It has no RSS feed nor is it even listed. I don't solicit input nor am I sponsored. It's simply a web log. Now, if I wanted to created a couple hundred fake contributors as is done here, that would be different.

Why put a link under your name if you don't promote your worthless blog. Damn you're a liar and a piece of shit. I can understand your envy of Van's site. It's well laid out and contains threads that people like to discuss, unlike your libtard POS blog that NO ONE wants to visit. You're just a sad little troll that needs to go back where it came from.
Posted by: Farmer Ted at October 28, 2009 9:46 AM
And you're much like your clones here Farmer, an insignificant troll with his/her head up the ass of the party of no and rape supporters. Your lunacy, prejudiced, hatred, and desire for our country's failure has no rationale and I've beaten your worthless ass on every front. You troll kabizting couldn't hide it and your manipulating post only proves it. You loons are a disgrace to the race. This is almost as great as when I helped shut your sister site "ALMTTR" down for exposing the hatred there. What a bunch of worthless losers you asswipes have proved yourself to be.
