The United States allowed this cretin, and others like him, to grow up in relative safety, have an education, and provided an environment that has produced the greatest growth in personal wealth the world has ever known. This same environment has given the average American the disposable income to spend on his comedy productions, his rap groups, his shows, albums, and all of that stuff, all of which have made him a millionaire many times over, and yet he holds America up as this horrible place that needs to be immediately cleansed of all that offends him or else be struck down by the God he doesn't really believe in anyway!
