Endangered RINO Update

Posted by Gregory of Yardale at October 19, 2009 4:56 AM

In New York's 23rd Congressional District, Republican party hacks nominated Dede Scozzafava, an ACORN-friendly, pro-abortion, tax-and-spend liberal Republican married to a union organizer as the candidate to replace Republican John McHugh. The Conservative Party, which usually backs the Republican candidate, instead put up Doug Hoffman, a true fiscal conservative, who has turned what was a sure thing into a toss-up. The dead-from-the-neck-up Republican National Committee has also been pouring money into Scozzafava's campaign.

In the Florida Senate race, Charlie Crist - the Obama-loving, stimulus-loving, global-warming-true-believer chosen by the Republican establishment - has yet to win a party straw poll over conservative challenger Marco Rubio. Rubio is also doing better in fundraising, although he still lags behind Crist.

Conservatives may not win these battles, but it's important to fight them. Having two parties run by Gaia-worshiping socialist moonbats doesn't do anyone any good.

Thanks so much for posting that, Greg of Y! Your very own fellow moonbatterer, myself, is heavily involved in the Hoffman campaign.

Dede's fundraising has dried up. She has zero signs in yards, from what I can see. This is definitely a battle worth fighting. On Saturday we had a rally downtown and lots of media was there. Dede even sent a spy posing as a reporter. Haha!

I see immoral conservative RINO Newt also supported this pro abortion, ACORN friendly fellow RINO.

Forwarded this to Michael Steele. Just a reminder to him WHY I LEFT THEM!

Actually, it is true that Gingrich endorsed Scozzafava. Why, no one knows.

Club for Growth president David Keating had this to say:

“Gingrich does this all the time,” said Keating. “He does whatever the party committee asks him to. He likes to cultivate this image of being an innovator and a thinker and so on, and then he endorses the most tired, worn-out, special interest-genuflecting candidate you can possibly find.”

I found this at the Washington Independent. Tool.

Sorry, I was out but thanks for my back on the immoral conservative's support for this liberal for GunnyG. Please neuter Newt as a spokeperson for the conservative movement. I agree with the Keating quote provided by Karin. I did not want this post to get by without noting Newt's support for this RINO. Newt has also been part of the Republican problem of representing conservative values.

I've been looking at blogs and comments concerning the Hoffman campaign. I ran across this one at Spectator.org:

"karen martin| 10.17.09 @ 10:38AM
Doug Hoffman certainly IS a different sort of candidate. Yesterday I went online and donated what I THOUGHT was $25.00 to his campaign, but I erroneously typed a comma where a period should be and accidently donated $2,500. By afternoon I received a call from his staffers asking if I had made a mistake ... holy cow! They let me know they'd be crediting my account. I was stunned by this evidence of integrity by Mr. Hoffman's campaign. I left off the call by asking them to "kick A$$" in NY! while I live in SC, I want to support this good candidate, especially in the wake of party and prominent leaders endorsement of his disastrous RINO opponent ."

He seems to be getting a lot of donations from out-of-district sources. $25 here and there nationwide, and you're talking real money.

The enemy you take prisoner. Traitors are shot! The time of "moderate" Republicans is soon to be no more. The only choice they have is to get out of the way or get run over. Stick a fork in them - their done!
