Democrat AG Candidate Doesn't Have a Clue About the Office He's Running For

Apparently, Virginia AG candidate Steve Shannon learned his debating skills by posting troll comments on right-wing blogs. He is asked a basic question about the Attorney General's office, and gives a response so wildly off-topic he might as well be on another planet.
Following the debate, a reporter asks him the question again. As he responds in the verbal of uncapitalized non-sequiturs, one of his little brownshirts tries to stop the videographer from documenting his incompetence.

Nothing new here. Gabrielle Giffords, a "representative" and democrat, in Arizona thinks her job is akin to the better business bureau linking her constituents with business opportunities. According to her newsletter. Not actually representing her constituents... the job she was elected for.

Other than a smaller venue and office, what's so different about this guy's stumping/speechifying and what's going on with the Moron Messiah right now?
Even the Congressional wankers have picked up on the great propaganda value of passing bills with no legal language in them. I'm sure they'll add the words later, after the multi-trillion dollar bill passes and gets signed into law.
