Chavez Orders Proles to Limit Showers, Denies Stinking

Progressive Hero and Obama BFF Hugo Chavez has ordered his subjects to limit their showers to three minutes and stop singing in the shower in response to a water shortage.
'Some people sing in the shower, in the shower half an hour. No kids, three minutes is more than enough. I've counted, three minutes, and I don't stink,' he said during a televised Cabinet meeting.
Under the Progressive Socialist leadership of Chavez, he has financed insurgencies throughout Latin America, shopped for billions in Russian Armaments, allied with Iran against the United States, and propped up fellow Marxists throughout the region. Most industries, including power generation, have been nationalized in order to make sure the people have a public option to replace greedy capitalism. How is that working out?
Venezuela has suffered several serious blackouts in the past year because of rapidly growing demand and under-investment, which has been aggravated by a drop in water levels in hydroelectric dams that provide most of its energy.
In other words, it's working as well as socialism always does.

In another 10 years Venezuela will look like Cuba does today. Its a shame that Chavez is ruining such a nice country.

In Venezuela, Chavez needs to convince the people to follow his anti-development Marxist agenda, part of which involves limited personal hygiene. American moonbats do not need to be told to not shower. For many enviromoonbats in California, this will not be a new experience.
