It seems like only yesterday, Obamao traveled to San Francisco and found himself doted on by obsequious acolytes who bobbed their heads in glassy-eyed delight as he denounced normal Americans as bitter losers clinging to their Bibles and guns out of desperation. But last week when he closed down the skies over the Bay Area to raise cash for the execrable DNC, he was greeted by this:
