Big Scoop at the Register-Star
Posted by Dave Blount at October 21, 2009 8:08 AM
The headline screams:
State Trooper makes traffic stop on Joslen Boulevard
Now to the story:
A New York State Trooper pulls over a vehicle near the three-way intersection on Joslen Boulevard in Greenport Monday. The reason for the stop and the outcome of the investigation remain unknown.
No conjecture, no spin, no fabrication, no statolatry, no starry-eyed attempts to change the world — just the facts. If only the rest of the media would learn from the Register-Star's inspiring example. To paraphrase Dirty Harry, the mainstream media's got to know its limitations.
