I don't know.....I found episodes 1 thru 3 infuriating and outrageous; episode 4 was slightly goofy and sad, with an ACORN employee who's obviously a pathetic character who's not quite right in the head. I hope episode 5 is hard-hitting like the first three, and not just an increasing descent into madness. It's easier to get mad at a group of professionals running a conspiracy than it is at a recovering crack addict 50-something woman with mental problems who did a little whoring on the side in the 70's to earn food money or whatever. This investigation is about to break out in the media; I hope they've got a strong finish to it and leave it at a point for the johnny-come-lately reporters where the sense is that there's something serious to investigate institutionally, as opposed to just a bunch of weird off-the-grid employees.

If the 8% tax on businesses happens, it would benefit many companies to dump their company paid healthcare and force everyone onto the public option/co op or whatever you want to call it. My companies costs are around 10%. Many companies struggling to stay afloat would axe healthcare if it meant avoiding layoffs and adding to the bottom line. Theres a reason for the 8% number - its lower than most companies that provide health insurance pay. So, they say you can keep your plan it you like it. Well, not if the company no longer offers it. Duh!

And how, pray tell, does health insurance become less expensive if government piles on all sorts of mandated coverage and forces insurance companies to charge the healthy people the same as people with pre-existing conditions? If auto insurance companies were required by law to cover oil changes and tire rotations, as well as charge people with 8 DUI's the same rate as people with spotless records, how would that make auto insurance less expensive?

It is "the short form" not "the long form" and this is important because Hawaii allowed people who were born in foreign countries to register births as Hawaiin births under certain circumstances.

Also, why are there two copies of Obama's Eligibility Certification from the DNC floating around? One with language regarding his constitutional eligibility and one without? And why isn't there the constitutional language in the certification document that was filed in every state? Shouldn't that language be part of the certification documentation?
