Obama Admin Caught in Lie on Van Jones
As noted yesterday, top Obama advisor Van Jones — the foul-mouthed, self-avowed communist who has apparently absconded with $60 billion of our money meant to create mythical "green jobs" — is a 9/11 Truther. The Obamination Administration has reacted to this revelation by lying:
In a statement issued Thursday evening Jones said of "the petition that was circulated today, I do not agree with this statement and it certainly does not reflect my views now or ever."
Yet he is a signatory to the petition he renounces — and what about this:
A list of members involved with this organization:
It is bizarre that the regime would deny the proven fact that Jones is a Truther, but not deny he's a communist. Truthers didn't kill over 100 million people last century, and they aren't devoted to destroying our constitution and our way of life. It's true that you would have to be crazy as a shrew on PCP to think George Bush blew up the World Trade Center. But it's also true that a third of Democrats cherish that belief.
Hat tips: Gateway Pundit, Stop the ACLU, Legal Insurrection. On a tip from SK.

And who is defending Van Jones?
Why it's Charles Johnson of LGF!
What a fucking kook.

No that's not true.
Democrats in America are evenly divided on the question of whether George W. Bush knew about the 9/11 terrorist attacks in advance. Thirty-five percent (35%) of Democrats believe he did know
There is a big difference between thinking that Bush had credible intelligence about the plot and did nothing; and believing that "George Bush blew up the World Trade Center"
Probably too subtle for this site though.

Just another communist thug nominated by Obama to hold a high office within the US Government…
Let me guess, Obama never knew about his radical communist ties... What is even more amazing is that half the country is infected with the Obama-bot virus and still believes this garbage.
Maybe Savage is right, Liberalism is a mental disorder.

Thirty-five percent (35%) of Democrats believe he did know, 39% say he did not know, and 26% are not sure.
The margin is a little bit higher than just 35%.

hey anony-troll at 8:42,
in the eyes of the law (and the world) if you knowingly abet a crime you are culpable. If President Bush knew of the plot and let it happen (for whatever reason) then he was responsible for the destruction of the Trade Center.
Having said that, some nebulous threat with no specifics about when or where does not constitute 'prior knowledge' as the Truthers are trying to sell. So far no one has produced a document showing the President had prior knowledge of a specific threat. Not even a "fake but accurate" report.
The idea that President Bush let this tragic attack go forward for his own political benefit is the idea of truly pathetic morons bathing in their hatred of anyone with Christian beliefs or an origionalist take on America.

President must fire Van Jones immeditely. He is threat to our security.

Van Jones has already lasted longer than the IG who was fired for looking into the corruption of one of Barack's buddies.
Thirty-five percent (35%) of Democrats believe he did know, 39% say he did not know, and 26% are not sure.
You have to be a sick son-of-a-bitch to think Bush wouldn't have stopped the 9-11 attacks if he had definite intelligence about them.

Obama will say "Well, this is not the Van Jones I knew ---- Reverend Wright, make room for Mr. Jones under my bus.. move over....give my white granny a nudge, shes dead anyway"
Posted by: Anonymous at September 4, 2009 10:03 AM
Chuck,
"George Bush blew up the World Trade Center" is not the same thing as "George Bush allowed the World Trade Center to be blown up"
"The idea that President Bush let this tragic attack go forward for his own political benefit" is not the same thing as "President Bush let this tragic attack go forward though incompetence"
As for "pathetic morons bathing in their hatred of anyone with Christian beliefs or an origionalist take on America." I think your brain just melted with the effort of building those straw men. Relax and take a cold shower.
"origionalist"? I think you mean "Originalist"

Well, when it comes down to it, you can't blame Hopey McChange with appointing racists, criminals, enemy sympathisers, America-haters, humanity-haters and eco-loons because they are the only kinds of people he knows!

"President Bush let this tragic attack go forward though incompetence"
Incompetence would be if Bush tried to stop it, but failed. There is no evidence of this.
What we do know is that Clinton Era rules prevented the FBI and the CIA from sharing intelligence that would have permitted them to connect the dots. We also know that the plot to crash airplanes into buildings had been floating around since the early nineties, but was not of concern to the Clinton Administration.

I voted in the poll. There's also another poll there, which shows 87% of parents will keep the kiddos out of school on king zero's speech day. Followed by 545 comments.
The WH simply can't stick its head in the sand concerning Van Jones. This is just too outrageous.

Number of mentions of Van Jones controversy on ABC, CBS, CNN, NY Times, WaPo, NPR -
Zero.
Imagine if Bush had promoted a kook whose resume consisted of agitating for extreme right wing causes to control 60 billion dollars without oversight. Methinks the dinosaur media would be on 24/7 coverage.

Tell that to all the Lefty brainwashed idiots with "911 WAS AN INSIDE JOB" bumper stickers on their cars. I wish I had a dollar for every time I saw one over the last few years.

As Charles Johnson wisely notes: Truthers lie.
Politico is flacking for Van Jones by "reporting" that fellow Truther signatory Howard Zinn is rushing to Van "Astronaut" Jones' defense, claiming he (Zinn) was "misled" about the petition. Thus, by implication, bolstering "Astronaut" Jones' claim that he was misled.
Why the rush to credit Truther Howard Zinn and Truther Van "Astronaut" Jones as the lone truth-tellers among the lying Truther crowd?
To protect "Astronaut" Jones, of course.
But is Zinn's defense credible?
Here's Howard Zinn, endorsing Trutherism on the 911Truth.org website, praising a Truther book, in May 2004.
And yet, we are told, he had to be "misled" into signing their petition.

BTW, GoW and candy andy are both Truthers, too. It wouldn't shock me if Fez and "Meh" and the other Leftist socks who befoul this website with their filth were, as well.
Yet they try and smear those that want Obama to display his actual birth certificate (assuming he actually has one) and end the whole debate.
They (GoW & Candy Andy) have even said they think that 9/11 was an inside job in recent (and previous) statements.
Of course, I am certain they will deny it simply because lying is as natural as breathing and cognitive dissonance to these rats.

I won't even go to LGF anymore. Chucklehead Johnson's obsession with "Creationists", as well as his feeble attempts to be seen as fair and non-partisan (so libs will like him), make me want to puke. I also think he's 100% wrong in his feud with Robert Spencer(Of jihadwatch.org), who is a true Koranic expert, as opposed to an amateur, like Chucklehead.

Dick Morris, speaking on FOX's "On the Record" on Sept. 3, said that Van Jones, President Barack Obama's "green jobs" adviser, must resign after he reportedly signed a petition calling for an investigation into whether 9/11 was an inside job.
Morris was not dissuaded by Jones' subsequent denial that he believed there was an actual conspiracy.
"An investigation as to whether it was an inside job or not? You have got to be kidding," Morris said. "And this guy is in the administration and they're not calling for him to quit? What does Obama use for vetters?"

Wait. It gets better. Van Jones is also a fan of that a-hole Mumia al Jabongie, or whatever his name is. The clown who killed a Philly police officer, but has yet to receive justice. Are we that short of electricity?

The lefties are aggravated. They sense Van Jones is going to be cleaning out his desk soon. If that happens, Glenn Beck wins.
Just like Sarah Palin won when the Senate decided to take the Death Panels out of the ObamaCare legislation.
They can't stand it when Palin-Beck wins.
This is why they're freaking out like their mom just canceled their WoW accounts.

Good point, V the K. Jones has got to be on the way out. The longer the Messiah waits to pull the plug on him, the more damage He suffers. If the Messiah had had any political experience He'd have realized that early on and had Jones resign for "personal reasons" or some such before the issue took on a life of its own.
Posted by: Jay Guevara at September 4, 2009 2:23 PM
I'll ask again: does Obama know any normal people? Any at all? Anyone who hasn't been in the jug, or planted nail bombs, or dealt dope, or been in dustups with cops, or gone on anti-American rants, or has a transmitter in his basement so he can radio Moscow or Havana?

Van Jones explained:
Hoping that nothing contradicory will emerge, he concocts a story. Then when the concoction is exploded, he will come out with another. Then in exasperation he will devise a comprehensive denial covering all the lies. Then the denial will be destroyed because it contains more BS. After that, he will refuse to comment further claiming that he has said all that needed to be said, and that 'all that' is in the past. Trust me. Look at Pelosi.
Posted by: Jim at September 4, 2009 3:47 PM
So what's Jones's point: the brothers aren't in school? Because God knows they shoot up lots of other places, so they're not shy about shooting.

How can any normal thinking American believe anything the Bama-and-Mama adimistration says? The only truth this man said was "Change" but he forgot the basic thing called real truth. Just another commie who plans to take away all your rights by any means he decides.Get his ass outta there and all those yes sir boss assholes how are removing your God given rights before he destroys America he so hates. Are you who voted for this guy still happy you did?

I notice than some clown named Adam Gold, of "STORM" also signed on to this ghastly little cult.
Wasn't STORM Van Jones' organization? And isn't it likely that this Adam Gold also got hired into the Obama administration?
I hope someone is looking into this.
