Layoff Tracker

Comrade Obama is "creating or saving" so many jobs with his unprecedented (and unfinanced) spending bonanza that Forbes offers a widget called the Layoff Tracker allowing websites to display how many have been thrown out of work since November 1, 2008. The current total stands at 601,526. A few of the casualties:

But no doubt the layoffs will stop once Obamanomics reaches full flower. We'll all work for the government, and we'll spend half of every day waiting in line for black potatoes, but the layoffs will stop.

On a tip from The MaryHunter.

Those layoffs in aerospace will get worse as the Obamacrats continue to gut the military. Among other things on the chopping block are the Combat Search and Rescue helicopters for evacuating wounded soldiers.

I guess Obama figures if our strategy is continual surrender, they won't be needed.

I'm amazed GE has 3518! With all the Obama butt kissing, stimulus money and contracts they have received that figure should be "0"! They wacked 3518 just to make it look good? I know for a fact the Honeywell has been in a lather dumping everything they can overseas, including the jobs....

Even Berkshire Hathaway?

Here in Wichita, the combined layoffs in the aircraft industry has reached 10,000. This is four companies, Cessna, Hawker Beechcraft, Bombardier Learjet and Spirit Aerosystems.
I got it in February from Hawker Beechcraft.

This is the socialist agenda, it's quite transparent. They want to reduce our consumption, by destroying capitalism, and creating a dependence on the guvament. Why you ask?

Because our sources of energy are finite.

Question: How do you prolong energy reserves when you don't have any viable alternatives?

Answer: You place [self-imposed] social and economic sanctions... ON YOUR OWN COUNTRY!

F'n traitors.
