If someone wants to talk about decorum in the American Government, we lost it in the 90's.

There was a time when other nations would look to us and say, look at how these people govern themselves, without embarrassment.

That ended when Bill Clinton was taking off his pants in the White House and then LIED about it.

Then we had Al Gore challenge the 2000 election, dragging the entire nation through the mud after "taking back" his concession of the race to George W. Bush, instead of sparing the country the embarrassment, he put himself first.

Now we have a President who FLAT OUT lies to the American Public. Who plays ignorant and is in denial about a health plan that nobody wants. And we are supposed to just sit here and shut up?

I applaud Joe Wilson for stating the truth. Illegals will get healthcare, they have fake ID's.

When I worked at a franchise tax office this year I was sickened. Time and time after illegals would come in to get their taxes done, they would have 3-4 W2's, all with different social security numbers wanting to get their taxes done so they could get their earned income credit.

That is identity theft and I won't have any part of it. When the owners weren't there I'd tell them to leave my office as they were identity thieves and I wasn't having any part of it, nor would I sign their tax return.

That's the lifeblood of some of these franchise tax firms, tax returns for illegals. The illegals get an ITIN number from the IRS. The person's Social that they stole will suffer when they try to do their tax return.

So saying that illegals CAN'T get healthcare is a blatant lie and I'm glad Joe called out on the anointed one.

Oh, and when Obama called the "death panels" a lie, only 4 Republican Senators applauded. The rest obviously support the lie that about death panels, or they too are calling Obama a lair. Actually Jay, it was a great gain for honesty and honest debate. When Wilson (who has taken in $435,296 from the health sector) lied about the President lying, it was exposed to the whole world. It defeats the lies, soundbites, innuendos, and town hall obstructionists in their attempt to mislead the public.
So now when when everyone from high schoolers to senior citizens talk about Obama's speech last night, there's no argument over covering illegal immigrants because Obama was right and Wilson was wrong. It's an in-your-face broadcast now and an undeniable fact. It exposes the GOP and teabaggers as liars. But the media has also dug into "death panels", abortions, and other lies the GOP has spread, only to prove that they are lies as well.
It has not only extinguished a lot of the GOP's lies about health care, but it has helped expose that they are shameless liars in general.
