ACORN Front Group Nailed for Vote Fraud in New York

One reason Comrade Obama and the ultra-left leadership in Congress have shown such open contempt for the consequences their extreme agenda will have at the polls is they have been counting on their foot soldiers in ACORN to tilt the balance with operations like this:

Dozens of forged and fraudulent absentee ballots from people registered to vote on the Working Families Party line were filed in the Sept. 15 primary elections in Troy [New York], the Times Union has learned.
Many of the questionable ballots were filed under the names of students and people who live in government-subsidized housing and other downtown areas. Still others were submitted on behalf of voters who were alleged to have signed the ballots earlier this month, but those people have not lived in New York state for at least a year, records show.
Documents at the county Board of Elections show the fraudulent ballots were handled by or prepared on behalf of various elected officials and leaders and operatives for the Democratic and Working Families parties.

As the Times Union doesn't bother to note:

The Working Families Party is not about working people or families and it isn't really a party. The WFP is a wholly owned subsidiary of ACORN. Bertha Lewis co-chair of the Working Families Party is the Executive Director of New York ACORN. New York ACORN leader, Steven Kest was the moving force in forming the party and WFP headquarters are located at the same address as ACORN's national and New York office at 88 Third Avenue in Brooklyn, New York.
WFP is essentially a money funnel which pays for an aggressive door to door canvas. Largely funded by unions, the WFP is ACORN's "political arm" in New York State. Candidates supported by the Working Families Party and issues supported by ACORN are both advocated on the door steps of target voter homes as they share one major voter canvas.

This would be the same ACORN Obama surreptitiously paid $800,000 for election services during the 2008 campaign.

In the aftermath of the O'Keefe/Giles videos, the Senate voted 83-7 to limit the torrent of taxpayer money flooding into ACORN's coffers. This means nothing. WFP is just one of literally hundreds of front groups ACORN hides behind.

Nothing short of a RICO investigation will rid the country of this rapidly metastasizing cancer. Good luck getting one past the Attorney General with the former Senator From ACORN residing in the White House. If our rulers would be brazen enough to kill an investigation into Black Panther goons intimidating voters at the polls, the odds of them digging up ACORN by the roots are nil. The same corrupt thugs indulging in the same crimes will continue to wallow in our money under different names.

With friends at the top, ACORN will survive.

But ACORN has not been convicted of voter fraud!

Governor Blind Melon of NY and US AG Eric Holder have better things to do - like nailing CIA agents balls to the wall.

Is that Frederick Douglas in the background?

No surprise here, as we already knew here, Obama doesn't mind his radical agenda, he'll be stealing elections anyway.

The activities of ACORN in getting "votes" for the despicable clown, Al Frankin has not been properly rectified.

An investigation that showed the involvement of ACORN in his election to the Senate, should culminate in the removal of Frankin from office.
Of course this would have to be done forcibly, since there is no way that a man of such low integrity would voluntarily resign under revealed scandal.

Posted by: Fiberal at September 30, 2009 9:22 AM

Its kind of interesting that the executive branch (BO), the senate (Frankin) and congress are now all dominated by Democrats who in one form or fashion have gained office through deceit.

Call your Congressmen. Demand that ACORN be held accountable like any other criminal enterprise. Holder and the moonbat-infested DOJ must not be allowed to kill or stifle an honest and fair investigation of ACORN.

We the people want the honest truth, and nothing more. The left will screech about "mobs" demanding "trumped up charges" but that is not the case. All we need is a thorough, honest investigation, because we know what sort of criminal activity lies beneath the surface. The truth will set us free, but as for the high ranking brownshirts, it will cost them their freedom.

Let them spend 5-10 in a new "community" that has already been "organized" by "advocacy groups" like the Aryan Nation, the Black Panthers, and the Mexican Mafia. Let ACORN leaders learn what it feels like to be organized against by a criminal opponent.

Good job, VH, keep the pressure on.

Hilarious. I haven't even been posting and someone has felt the need to highjack my name again. I pointed out before, I don't use multiple exclamation points.

Obviously my commentary and questions are simply much too difficult for someone here to handle. Some on the right are SO insecure, particularly when they don't have a talking points answer they can use.

As far as defunding ACORN goes, a black D congresscritter is already on record saying that the only reason they let the vote go the way it did was inorder to get controll of the Sudent Loans. She said that when the bill goes to committee for markup they'll take out the defunding of ACORN amendment.

Excuse me, what was that? "Registration fraud doesn't mean voter fraud"?

Tom, would you be so kind as to give us a link to that information? Wouldn't surprise me but without a link, it cannot be confirmed.

BUT BUSH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Working Families Party set up office in Delaware recently under the moniker "Working Families For Delaware’s Future" to support the Democrat candidate in a special election to fill a vacant seat in our House of Representatives. Judging from the array of out of state license plates parked outside their headquarters, their operatives came from all over the region, and were hiring students at a local community college at $10 per hour to canvass housing developments.

When called out on it, the candidate claimed he didn't authorize it, and had tried unsuccessfully to contact them to stop. Their headquarters were less than 600 feet from his office in a very small town.

Bottom line... it didn't work. He got his ass kicked anyway.
