What Have We Done?

Comrade Obama is in a nosedive, all right. Now he's losing even black support:

Not to worry, Chairman Zero. At least Chrissy Matthews will love you to the end.

On tips from Oiao, TED, and Viking04.

It's meant to be funny... but it's ironic how "on the mark" they were when it came to portraying the ignorance voters showed when electing the monstrosity we have now.

Posted by: AmericanToTheCore at August 30, 2009 11:03 AM

It's very sad that blacks were all fooled. It's understandable they really wnted a black president after more than forty whites but Obama is forcing a destructive agenda.. Like Van mentionned, at least Ms. Tingleleg will love Obama to the end.

Don' worry sistah, iz jes mo jobs fo whitey to do. Damn this video hits the mark, although I'm sure it's ahead of the curve. I can't wait for it to sink in just what "change" means. Think maybe it'll result in, um "some people" reconsidering what their party is? Or is that just too much?

Posted by: Mr Evilwrench at August 30, 2009 11:39 AM

"Is it too late to vote for the white guy?"

ROFLMFAO.... priceless....

Posted by: hiram at August 30, 2009 11:42 AM

She's a good actress. I am honestly not certain if she is serious. I mean, I'm pretty sure this is supposed to be funny, but I'm really not sure.

Nancy,

Isn't is sad that we even have to question this kind of stuff? It really is a sad state of affairs when we just... don't... know...

I really, really do fear for this nation and everyday I think more and more about "Idiocracy." When will this come to full fruition?

Posted by: AmericanToTheCore at August 30, 2009 1:03 PM

Very funny blasphemy.

Posted by: Fiberal at August 30, 2009 1:33 PM

american at 1:03 - what scares me more than the liberal under the bed is the fact that okra windbag has more of an effect on people than good, common sense!

Posted by: nancz at August 30, 2009 1:35 PM

Nancy,

I see what you are seeing......Ghetto mentality is very realistic.

Black folks have created their own persona and it's hard to distinguish between satire and reality.

'Oh, what have we done' cracked me up but also made me think about how many others who voted for Obama have buyers remorse. Hopefully enough to kick out the Dem majority in 2010 and Obama in 2012.

From so far away it isn't easy to get a grip on his election, but I think (underline think) that
1. Catholics voted for him, even though they knew that he was strongly pro-abortion, because of a misplaced need to publicly show tolerance and acceptance.
2. Jews voted for him although they feared that he would ditch Israel, for the same reasons grounded in the same memories of experienced intolerance.
3. Democrats voted for him although they they knew he was way out on the wild side of left/right.
4. African/Americans voted for him because he was obviously their man to look at. Can't blame them ignoring his true character.
5. Independents voted for him because it was time for a change, taken in by the pretence of working both sides of the aisle, unifying the nation, etc.

I never give guarantees unless I am trying to sell my car but I feel I can guarantee that, Catholics and Jews at least, won't touch him again.

This is racist. She's an Aunt Tom.

Posted by: Ghost of Wellstone at August 30, 2009 2:48 PM

Is this Peggy Joseph's ghetto sista?

Posted by: Bryherb at August 30, 2009 3:24 PM

Aunt Tom? Ghost, that kind of thinking permeates blacks down here in Louisiana (and elsewhere, it seems).

It's why we down here say that black people are like a bucket of crabs. When one of them tries to climb out, the others pull him back down into the bucket.

The only "man" that's "keeping them down" is themselves.

Posted by: hiram at August 30, 2009 3:26 PM

jim - THAT beared repeating!

I think you mean Aunte TOMeka.

Nice rack.

I keep hearing of all the Obama voters who now regret voting for him. I live in one of the nation's most progressive cities (with real committed leftists), and I can say that I haven't seen or heard a single liberal who says it was a mistake to vote for Obama. In fact, my many progressive friends have said that, if anything, they are disappointed that he hasn't implemented more of the socialist agenda, and most think he's moving too slowly. Just the other day, my daughter's glassy-eyed OT (who attended the inauguration) announced that she hopes Obama is in power for 'at least' 8 more years.

It's not so bad having progressive friends. It keeps you on your toes and forces you to solidify your own ideology. And it gives you a real insight into the progressive mind, which when you understand it, is based upon a very weak philosophy that is easy to deconstruct. More of us need to start tearing apart Obama's weak political philosophy. It would probably have no effect in my town, but maybe some of the more common liberals elsewhere could be swayed.

Posted by: lvb-rocks at August 30, 2009 9:52 PM

IVB, One of the reasons you do not hear of liberal defections is that they avoid the subject with you. I recall a judge asking in court how come nobody ever asks him in a bar if he wants some bent gear. He had to be told that the seller usually susses you out first. Cops have to pretend pretty hard become they get offered gear in a sting.
But they are defecting if you look at Rasmussen

Posted by: jim at August 30, 2009 11:23 PM

She nailed it! She's not stupid and my bet is she voted for McCain.

Posted by: Jenn at August 31, 2009 5:59 AM

None of the blacks have been led out of the desert into the promised land of milk and honey like they were promised. Ha Ha.

In a year or so when the next wave of housing bankruptcies occur there won't be any money to gift the houses to the useless people occupying them. So, once again - Ha Ha.
