A patriot draws the distinction:

The disabled woman who was assaulted by union brownshirts is Kimberly King. She doesn't like bullies and consequently is not a big fan of the Community Organizer in Chief or his tactics. She suffers from nerve damage as a result of a ruptured wire from a spinal implant. The bused-in Obamunist astroturfers deliberately stomped on her foot and then ridiculed her condition. If they have their way, these people will soon be running the healthcare system.
