That is a GREAT sign. But even more impressive is the property owner's bravery in the face of arson.

I'm surprised to hear about a sign like that in Durham, NC. I go to school there and it is one of the most liberal places on earth.

I second Mark's amazement about this being in Durham. I can see Barry Sanders (N&O columnist) writing a snarky piece about this, or the owner may find that he ran afoul of some 'signage law/ord' at $500/day.
