I just fail to see how anyone could honestly believe that anything the government does could possible be "revenue neutral."

That just makes absolutely no sense. If the government is going to be offering MORE services, it will need to be funded. Now, where does government get its funding?... oh that's right, taxes. And who pays taxes, the citizens.

Therefore the belief that government can create "revenue neutral" programs just shows how oblivous some people are to simple facts and economic principles.
