Moonbat Tech: Ozone Sterilizer
Enviromoonbattery finds resilience in flexibility. For example, the same eco-warriors who shrieked in hysterical panic because of the encroaching ice age soon turned around and denounced economic freedom in the name of global warming; when temperatures began to trend downward again, they adroitly shifted to "climate change." Another example is ozone, which was once regarded as a terrible poison. Now, it's just what you need to purify your water with the must-have Ozone Sterilizer for Water Generator:
A simple and effective way of sterilizing water is to bubble ozone through the water. Ozone (O3) is a form of Oxygen gas made from 3 Oxygen molecules. Ozone is a pretty strong oxidising agent, producing insoluble oxides from chemicals and minerals in water (which can then be filtered out). When it comes to organisms, ozone will breakdown a significant part of the cellular structure, rendering them harmless. This means Ozone can be used as part of the water purification process.
Ozone Generators are pretty inexpensive and offer a healthier alternative to chlorine when sterilizing water. Ozone is a stronger oxidiser than Chlorine, and Ozone doesn’t form the unpleasant by-products that chlorine produces. Any remaining Ozone will simply breakdown into Oxygen, typically dissolved in the water.

Get out your credit cards, moonbats; this can be yours for only $69.99. Buy now before ozone becomes poisonous again!

O-Zone
That should so be the new name for the Obama White House.

Our hot tub is purified with O3. This technology has been around for years. No nasty chlorine odor or chemicals to keep around.
Sorry, VH. :-)

i have to pile-on with henry, this is a far cry from the "boomerang batter charger", this is an actual item being sold and it has REAL uses.

Whoever wrote that ad copy needs to study some basic science.

The point here is not that the device is wacky, like others from Moonbat Tech.
The point is that years ago ozone was as evil as C02 is today, yet is now touted on the green websites. Ozone is the reason we don't use aerosols today, and we use CFC134a refrigerant in our car air conditioners.

Duct tape a cheap and efficiant way to prevent the espace of all that HOT AIR from the mouths of freaky ecomoonbats like AL GORE,DAVID SUZUKI,JAMES LOVELOCK,JAMES HANSEN,MUARICE STRONG,GREENPEACE and the rest of the producers of HOT AIR

I have a pellet gun about 50 years old that uses C02 cylinders. These also contain ozone. I'm surprised with all the moonbat environmental fads over the years they haven't banned C02 canisters.

This one's kind of weak, I'm afraid. You don't want to breathe much ozone, but it's pretty good as an industrial sanitizer. Kind of expensive, I surely wouldn't pay for it.

"ozone, which was once regarded as a terrible poison" ...
No....?
This is just a Brita pitcher, more or less. Hardly a partisan affair.
Slow news day?

I remember the ozone hype and how it was verboten by the environmentalists. I had to trade my beloved aerosol Hairspray for some ineffective pump spray for a while.

Just to clarify, the kerfuffle some years ago ago was about depletion of the ozone in the upper atmosphere. Ozone produced at the earth's surface doesn't last any time to speak of, because it's too reactive. That's good, because ozone is toxic as all hell - it peroxidizes unsaturated lipids in cell membranes, undermining their integrity.

PS: to clarify further, the problem with chlorofluorocarbons was that they were thought to catalytically degrade ozone in the upper atmosphere (by releasing atomic chlorine), so that one chlorofluorocarbon molecule could decompose any number of ozone molecules.
Contrast this with the suggested role of CO2 in global warming, which is stoichoimetric (i.e., linear in CO2, so twice as much CO2, twice as much contribution).

Even austere Gaia worshiping liberals like a shot of carbonated water in their scotch or gin. :)

I'm guessing you guys failed science class.
Context, people, context. The sodium you need in small amounts for your nervous system to work causes dangerous high blood pressure in larger amounts. Biting into a block of the stuff is right out. The chlorine you use in one form to clean your pool was used as a weapon of war in a different form. Whether something is toxic or helpful depends on where it is and how much you're exposed to.
Ozone in the upper atmosphere is good; it helps block solar radiation along with the magnetosphere. Ozone as a cleansing agent in water is good; it helps kill bacteria and generally dissipates or breaks down before it reaches dangerous levels. Ozone in your face is bad. Think of it as slow-acting acid; exposure to too much over a long period can cause damage to your skin and lungs.
