Enraged Villagers Confront Abortion Queen and Benedict Arlen

People have had enough. Here's what happened when Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius (aka the Abortion Queen) and turncoat Senator Arlen Specter (aka the Sphincter) gathered the nerve to face the public the other day. Notice the reaction when Sphincter mentions ramming through the healthcare seizure fast (sorry about the shaky camera):

Tar and feathers aren't far in the future of the arrogant vermin who have been trying to destroy this country.

On tips from Navek and J.

My, my and my. What a, um, 'mob'.

Next time they will have security with ACORN t-shirts on. Bet on it.

The liberals are going to turn ACORN into the 2009 version of the 1982 era Guardian Angels. Bet on it.

"I want you to argue with them and get in their face," Obama said.

@ J,

Ya know....

http://www.sfgate.com/cgi-bin/article.cgi?f=/n/a/2008/09/17/politics/p185733D40.DTL&type=politics

Specifically Obama's speach text of:

"I need you to go out and talk to your friends and talk to your neighbors. I want you to talk to them whether they are independent or whether they are Republican. I want you to argue with them and get in their face," he said.

"And if they tell you that, 'Well, we're not sure where he stands on guns.' I want you to say, 'He believes in the Second Amendment.' If they tell you, 'Well, he's going to raise your taxes,' you say, 'No, he's not, he's going lower them.' You are my ambassadors. You guys are the ones who can make the case."

Would be great to mass email to:

As always, GKC saw things clearly:

"It is terrible to contemplate how few politicians are hanged".

"It is obvious that a politician often passes the first half of his life in explaining that he can do something, and the second half of it in explaining that he cannot".

"Out of Parliament the politician persuades the people that he really wants what they want. Inside Parliament the politician persuades the people that they really want what he wants. But what is really intolerable, what is really atrocious, is certainly this -- that politicians should venture not merely to deceive the people about the things that the people do care about, but should insolently attempt to oppress the people in the things that the people do care about. The greatest miracle is the fact that politicians are tolerated".

"I would rather a boy learnt in the roughest school the courage to hit a politician, or gained in the hardest school the learning to refute him -- rather that than he should gain in the most enlightened school the cunning to copy him".

"I believe less in the State, because I know more of the statesmen".

"Government has become ungovernable; that is, it cannot leave off governing. The chief feature of our time is the meekness of the mob and the madness of the government".

"The evil of aristocracy is not that it necessarily leads to the infliction of bad things or the suffering of sad ones; the evil of aristocracy is that it places everything in the hands of a class of people who can always inflict what they can never suffer. The case against them simply is that when they legislate for all men, they always omit themselves".

"I want my private physician to tell me whether this or that food will kill me. It is for my private philosopher to tell me whether I ought to be killed".

The news media is making an issue of the personal integrity of the protesters. this is a ruse. What I found impossible to believe was that MY OWN Senator, Specter, publically announced that he had NOT READ the bill!!! I am outraged!!
Mr. Specter's explanation of how bills are read was a slap in the face to ALL American voters!!!

Mr. Specter --Not only are you sent to Washington to READ it all, you are sent there to:
THINK about every aspect of the bill,
DISCUSS it with your constituents, your staff and outside experts in the field,
DISCUSS it on the floor of the congress,
EVALUATE the positives and negatives,
and finally at last VOTE on it.

STEP DOWN MR. SPECTOR. YOU AND EVERYONE WHO THINKS LIKE YOU! You have lost touch with the basic responsibilities of the job voters expect you to do.

I honestly can't figure out which is more hypocritical. The Obama Regime whining because conservatives are engaged in community organizing in order to oppose their statist agenda? Or, the party of Astroturfing King David Axelrod claiming that the tea-party/anti-ObamaCare phenomenon is entirely made up.

Looks like it will be Toomey vs. Sphincter. Sphincter is opposed by Joe "Sleestak" Sestak in the primary reptilian creatures are easily beaten by buttheads like Arlen.

Interesting results.

And Sestak might just stand a chance at beating Benedict Arlen in the primary in PA. We may all be suprised. In PA people are sick of Specter's old ass. He might spend more on the campaign trail- but there's no guarantee he's going to win it.

Murff, as of 8:30 am EST those results are C or C- throughout the country. The moonbats are outvoting us. Let's turn out the vote = all F's!

Excellent comment lvb-rocks.
"It is terrible to contemplate how few politicians are hanged". But who is GKC?

I checked out the report card thingie, take a look at how they scored, looks like new math, they cheated all the results. What a shock.

Posted by: Eric at August 5, 2009 5:54 AM

G K Chesterton. Look him up; many delightful quotes on a wide range of subjects.

Posted by: Mr Evilwrench at August 5, 2009 6:13 AM

Yes, there are a LOT of F's in a LOT of the votes. How can you have 60% F's and not get an F? I checked myself against the aggregates and wasn't far off of any of them.

Posted by: Mr Evilwrench at August 5, 2009 6:16 AM

Slightly off-topic, but check out this article where a Professional Wrestler speaks with Barney Frank in an airport about pedning legislation, and displays more intellectual depth than the congressman does. (No offense intended to any wrestlers out there, btw.) It's a quick read- Mr(Mrs). Frank was not enthusiastic about answering questions he doesn't like the answers to.

Posted by: Murff at August 5, 2009 6:16 AM

Why do they have to have some some big black bubba standing there protecting them?? Are they afraid of being killed by their constituents?

Portents of things to come!!!

Hey, some (not all of course) wrestlers are really sharp, they just know how to exploit what they have (and the credulity of the fans). Gorgeous George, in fact, won his first title from my own grandfather, who did quite well for himself in life.

Posted by: Mr Evilwrench at August 5, 2009 7:05 AM

Sebelius sure doesn't handle any negative pressure at all well, does she? She'll probably crumple soon and send a deputy out on the trail while she avoids the crowds.

Btw, I live in PA and decided to actively campaign against Specter once he was publicly referring to Sotomayor's reverse-racism as something admirable.

Eric -- as Mr Evilwrench said, the quotes are from G. K. Chesterton. Great writer, great thinker and possible saint. Check out the American Chesterton Society at www.chesterton.org.

Barney Frank is indeed a petulant child. Sebelius was SO funny! When faced with the truth, chastise. Congress may be working hard, but toward what end?

I really enjoyed seeing this video from a different perspective than that being shown on the news shows. You can smell the dawning realization that maybe the majority of the country really IS frightened, pissed off, and distrustful!

Posted by: MoogieP at August 5, 2009 9:42 AM

Did she really use the word "unacceptable" to describe people complaining about Congressmen not reading legislation before voting on it?

Man, these people are stupid.

Posted by: forest at August 5, 2009 9:53 AM

There's no difference between a rubber stamp congress and a congress that doesn't read the Bills it votes on.

The Left is the Left is the Left and no matter where in the world they gain power they always turn the government into a cruel joke.

These people need to be tarred, feathered, and ridden on rails out of the country never to be let in again. They are destroying America.

The smug, snarky and pampered Abortion Queen/Witch Sebelius has a track record of ignoring the will of the people in getting behind moonbattery, but fortunately she's had her butt handed to her on several occcasions for her treacherousness. Let's hope history repeats itself to her and her ilk with Obamacare:

On March 21, 2006, she vetoed Senate Bill 418, a similar concealed-carry bill. On March 25, her veto was overturned after the Kansas House of Representatives voted 91–33 to override it. This followed the Kansas Senate's 30-10 override vote, which occurred the day after her veto

Sebelius did not support an April 2005 amendment to the Kansas Constitution that made same-sex marriage in the state unconstitutional. Sebelius said she supported the existing state law outlawing same-sex marriage, viewing it as sufficient, and therefore opposed the constitutional amendment. The amendment passed with 70 percent voter approval.

Sebelius is an opponent of capital punishment, During her first term, the Kansas capital punishment laws were declared unconstitutional by the Kansas Supreme Court. However, on appeal by Kansas' then-Attorney General Phill Kline, the ruling was again overturned and the current law reinstated by the United States Supreme Court.

In addition, she vetoed bills authorizing the construction of coal-fired power plants on three separate occasions saying in March 2008, "We know that greenhouse gases contribute to climate change. As an agricultural state, Kansas is particularly vulnerable. Therefore, reducing pollutants benefits our state not only in the short term — but also for generations of Kansans to come."

While she loves imposing taxes of all kinds, she doesn't like to pay them, and won't do so unless forced to. She is particularly fond of donations from pro-abortion groups and her favorite abortionist, the late Tiller the baby killer. She never met an anti-abortion bill she liked. Her wholehearted support for infanticide has also garnered the attention of her Catholic bishop:

Sebelius has been endorsed by Planned Parenthood and they have conducted fundraising activity on her behalf. Sebelius vetoed anti-abortion legislation in Kansas in 2003, 2005, 2006, and again in 2008.

During the background investigation process for this position, in March 2009 she admitted to "unintentional errors" in tax returns and paid nearly $8,000 in back taxes. She took unduly large deductions in areas that included: charitable contributions, the sale of a home, and business expenses.

In answer to questions from the Senate Finance Committee during her April 2009 confirmation hearing, Sebelius stated she received $12,450 between 1994 and 2001 from physician George Tiller. The Associated Press, however, reported that from 2000 to 2002 Tiller gave at least $23,000 more to a political action committee Sebelius established to raise money for Democrats while she was serving as state insurance commissioner.[

On April 21, 2008, Sebelius vetoed House Substitute for Senate Bill 389, titled the Comprehensive Abortion Reform Act by its sponsors. Proponents of the bill claimed the legislation would strengthen late-term abortion laws and prevent "coerced abortions," particularly with respect to minors.

In September 2005, physician George Tiller won a reception at Cedar Crest, the official residence of the Governor, at an auction benefiting the Greater Kansas City Women's Political Caucus. Pro-life commentators in Kansas have publicly criticized Sebelius's HHS nomination, accusing her of taking campaign donations from Tiller, who was the medical director of an abortion clinic in Wichita. Kansas City Archbishop Joseph Fred Naumann asked that Sebelius no longer receive Holy Communion because of her position on abortion. Naumann criticized Sebelius for vetoing HS SB 389.
