Dem Congresscreep Calls Patriots "Political Terrorists"

Would you compare raising objections to the federal seizure of the healthcare industry to flying airliners full of innocent people into skyscrapers full of more innocent people? Rep. Baron Hill (D-IN) would:

If southern Indiana doesn't know enough to vote this baron out of the castle in 2010, America truly is going to hell in a handbasket.

Nice try Helsing. Why don't you define "political terrorism for everyone? Violent criminal behavior designed primarily to generate fear in the community, or substantial segment of it, for political purposes." You cannot even admit there is no finalized bill. Further, when members of Congress are receiving death threats and guns dropped at cafes where they appear, you cannot blame them for not holding town halls in public. McCotter is your kind of guy, why isn't he holding any? Why is he become the Houdini of Congress?

Political terrorist? OH NO HE DI ENT!

That dip shit just put me and my fellow conservatives in the same boat as William Ayers, Jeremiah Wright, And ACORN!?

He needs a good pimp slap!

Wait a minute......let these loons run their mouths. The more thay talk the hotter the fire gets on their ASS.

Burn baby Burn...........

At this point, Ghost of these Nuts, I would think that all law makers are scared shitless. Republicans and democrats alike. I for one want to see the house and the senate shaken out like a dirty rug.

As for the bill, it seems to be dissolving right before your socialist eyes.

Did you watch meet the press today. They are scared to death except for the MSNBC whore still in denial and still with Obama's balls in her mouth.

You libtards are such panderers.

Nice try Ghost of these Nuts.

Oh, look, Goatse needs attention. I'll give him some.

Violent criminal behavior designed primarily to generate fear in the community, or substantial segment of it, for political purposes."

See Ayers, William.

You cannot even admit there is no finalized bill.

Is that supposed to be an argument in favor? Your side is telling us how wonderful this will all be, how it will solve so many problems, and there's no finalized bill.

Further, when members of Congress are receiving death threats

How many, Goatse? How often? Be specific.

and guns dropped at cafes where they appear,

Now it's "guns" plural? How often has this happened?

you cannot blame them for not holding town halls in public.

We can't? They are gutless cowards who KNOW that the majority of their constituents are angry about this. They know that they only have a minority of support. And they're scared of facing the people. Good.

So, apparently, Wellstoned is comfortable with killing babies for convenience, but thinks people assembling and demonstrating peacefully to influence legislation that could fundamentally alter society is beyond the pale.

The left has an odd set of values.

Even with the White House, a filibuster proof senate majority, and a huge house majority, and a house leadership dominated by the far left of the party, and the full-throated cheerleading of the major news media ... the Obamacrats are still backing down on the public option and the death panels.

No wonder Goatse feels terrorized.

You cannot even admit there is no finalized bill.

What does this have to do with the price of tea in China?

Further, when members of Congress are receiving death threats and guns dropped at cafes where they appear, you cannot blame them for not holding town halls in public.

Did you even bother to ask how many death threats Congressional members receive throughout the year on a regular basis, if this was something out of the ordinary? Of course not. Because you're the typical irrational reactionary delusional liberal.

So once again we see idiot progressives stupidly making things up to feed their own depraved hyper-emotional needs.

But here's an interesting reality based article that's somewhat related:

Town halls not resulting in more presidential threats

http://thehill.com/leading-the-news/no-increase-in-presidential-security-despite-town-hall-anger-2009-08-14.html

Now let's look at the President's men:

http://gatewaypundit.blogspot.com/2009/07/obama-secret-service-pulls-guns-on-tea.html

In fact let's look at some of Obama's own words meant to inspire his wacko cultists like you:

Obama: "They Bring a Knife...We Bring a Gun"
Obama: "Get in Their Faces!"
Obama: "I don't want to quell anger. I think people are right to be angry! I'm angry!"
Obama: “Hit Back Twice As Hard”

And let's take a look at some of those cultists, carrying Obama/Hitler signs to try to paint conservatives in an ugly light:

http://theblogprof.blogspot.com/2009/08/busted-obama-as-hitler-poster-was.html

Then tell me with certainty that these Congressional death threats weren't delivered by the same cultists, with the same intentions.

Which is entirely consistent with on of Obama's many wacko buddies, Saul Alinsky's tactics:

"...in the spring of 1972, at Tulane University...students asked Alinsky to help plan a protest of a scheduled speech by George H. W. Bush, then U.S. representative to the United Nations - a speech likely to include a defense of the Nixon administration's Vietnam War policies. The students told Alinsky they were thinking about picketing or disrupting Bush's address. That's the wrong approach, he rejoined, not very creative - and besides causing a disruption might get them thrown out of school. He told them, instead, to go to hear the speech dressed as members of the Ku Klux Klan, and whenever Bush said something in defense of the Vietnam War, they should cheer and wave placards reading, ‘The KKK supports Bush.' And that is what they did, with very successful, attention-getting results."

http://www.americanthinker.com/2009/08/obamas_nazi_straw_man_an_old_a.html

So put a cork in that know-nothing mouth of yours when grown adults are talking.

The whore of gallstone does not understand our U.S. constitution; And, its divisions and delegations of powers. We're not talking about the House of Lords here. The function of a member of the U.S. house of representatives is to represent the will of the people. It's not their function to rule, but the other way around. Van Helsing is dead right. This representative has quite the gall to be tossing around the term political terrorism, when in fact, that is precisely what he is doing to his constituents. His constituency is terrified.

That's typical of the hypocritical liberal: Transference: To distract attention away from themselves, accuse the opponent of the very conduct you wish to conceal.

Dave, I happen to agree with you on both parties being terrified. However, it is not GOP reps being threatened. As I stated, mine has been dodging and weaving for 2 years.

Otto, stating that is not a finalized bill is in no party's favor. It is fact. Although, you guys a bit selfish when you state "READ THE BILL!", wgeb there isn't one. As far as death threats, well let's see...
Gabrielle Giffords
David Scott
Brad Miller
President Barack Obama
Brian Baird
Jerry Connolly
John Dingell
Dennis Moore

That is only a handful. That is not dissent, and the tactics used here and on Conservative talk and Fox are fueling this misinformation and anger. Otto, you want to see a coward? Take a look at McCotter, or in the mirror.

Further, you have Americans For Prosperity telling it's members and readers to "put the fear of God into your Congresspeople" Really now? Threatening members of the House, Senate, or White House is not patriotic, and it is not American. Shouting someone down, and disrupting debate gets you nowhere.

And Batman, to claim I don't understand the Constitution is laughable. I would have concern if you received a "death threat".

My lord Ghost! You just ooze with liberal hypocracy. As far as death treats go this happens all the time. How many death threats did you guys make to BOOOOSH? How many? How many congressmen receive threats a year on average, Huh? How do you know the politics of the people or person making these threats? Come on Ghost! Do you actually think that people are writing e-mails or sending letters and telling them who they are and their politics.

Your case you're trying to make here is extremely weak. Nice try. As I stated before you dogs no longer hunt.

Further, you have Americans For Prosperity telling it's members and readers to "put the fear of God into your Congresspeople" Really now?

Goatse, are you really that big of a pants-wetting idiot that you don't understand the use of a metaphor. Do you think that when politicians are "swept out of a office," there is literally a gigantic broom involved?

And I'm not being sarcastic or rhetorical, because your comments suggest you are quite possibly too dumb to recognize the use of a metaphor.

Threatening members of the House, Senate, or White House is not patriotic, and it is not American.

But when Obama's thugs in the SEIU beat up old ladies and handicapped people, that's just fine with you. When the Black Panthers threaten voters with a nightstick and the Obama DoJ pats them on the back, that's just fine with you.

Shouting someone down, and disrupting debate gets you nowhere.

But asking tough questions the Obamacrats don't want to answer ... like "How are you going to pay for this?" and "How are you going to 'cut costs' without reducing care?" and "Why do we need a 'public option' to give consumers more choice when there are already more than 1,400 choices available under private insurance?" has succeeded in getting the Obamacrats to back off on the Death Panels and the 'Public Option.'

Let's keep asking the tough questions. Even if progressive, bed-wetting douchebags like Goatse Wellstoned don't like and calling it "terrorism."

HAHAHAHA!!! You've got to be kidding with that line.

Politicians get death threats all the time. Republicans got death threats during the buildup to the Iraq War. Heh heh, you're trying to shift attention away from the weakness of your arguments by painting our side as a bunch of scary terrorists. Tell me, leftist troll, do you think you're going to convince me? Do you think I take ANYTHING you say seriously? You're entertainment, nothing more.

Goatse, coward, you apparently have some fantasy that bills spring fully-formed from the head of Zeus. You keep squawking that there's no "finalized bill," but there are several draft bills floating around. And what I've seen makes me want to run screaming. It doesn't matter... those representatives haven't read EVEN THE BILLS THAT ARE CURRENTLY BEING CONSIDERED. They don't know what's in them. You don't either. You just have faith. It's touching, really.

Sorry, chum(p), we're just following Barack Obama's advice. We're "getting in their faces." We're "punching back twice as hard." And we're winning. Your irritation is sweet music to me.

I don't get it, it's almost like your concern is not at all genuine and you're a dishonest two faced hypocrite or something.

And what with your great concern for public safety at protests, I presume you spent a lot of time over the last eight years on leftist blogs castigating your "peace" protestor friends for their the real actual violence against military recruiters. You know, stuff like this:

Posted by: Dave at August 16, 2009 4:10 PM

Let's not forget that, while we are being called "terrorists" for using metaphors and threatening our representatives with that brutal torture - HAVING TO LISTEN TO THEIR VOTERS - the left was paying money to see a film depicting the assassination of a thinly disguised George Bush.

Pictures of Bush as Hitler were common. Protests against Bush, Cheney, et. al. were crude, violent, obscene and menacing. The leftists blocked sidewalks and intersections, accosted passersby, screamed abuse during public meetings, attacked conservative speakers on campuses. Their stormtrooper tactics shut down scheduled events and violated the law, our constitutional rights and common decency.

But of course that was back when "dissent was patriotic." Now that liberals control Washington, dissent is just ... so ... 2008.

I've already outed myself to flag@whitehouse.gov. And I live in Baron Hill's congressional district. I sent him an email with my concerns about the constitutional issues of flag@whitehouse.gov, and he sent me back A FORM EMAIL ON A TOTALLY DIFFERENT TOPIC.

Clueless, arrogant fool. He can count on me working to get his disrespectful self unelected.

Posted by: askmom at August 16, 2009 5:03 PM

Ahh, Dave, I sure got a response for that dog that doesn't hunt, huh? V, I don't understand the definition of "metaphor"? This from J in this thread...
"Obama: "They Bring a Knife...We Bring a Gun"
Obama: "Get in Their Faces!"
Obama: "I don't want to quell anger. I think people are right to be angry! I'm angry!"
Obama: “Hit Back Twice As Hard”
So, evidently you comments mixed up. Further, being louder does not make one right. You may want to look up "political terrorism". Yet, you won't, you'll carry on like the sore loser you have been since November 4th.

Further, you guys make it loud and clear you think maybe 10,000 people is a majority...it's not.

Posted by: Dave at August 16, 2009 5:27 PM

Askmom, and that film was a Canadian film now wasn't it?
"Their stormtrooper tactics shut down scheduled events and violated the law, our constitutional rights and common decency."
And now these tactics are just fine? I criticized my ilk over making Bush/Hitler comparisons for years. However, you may want to do your homework and research the definition of fascism.

Otto, where was your concern when the Patriot Act was rammed through Congress? At the time, only one member of Congress read it! Funny, the right-wing double standard for metaphor. Using a metaphor doesn't sound like "if he votes for health care reform it could cost him his life!"

Karin, most of the attorneys in place were Bush/Rove cronies, so don't get your panties in a wad. Take a long look at those attorneys. Start with the Gov. Siegelman's case.

Smurfin, the Gladney incident was unfortunate. We don't what he said, or exactly what was said to him. If you are w/o insurance you ought to avoid a fight! Now he wants handouts? Ha!

Dave and Hiram apparently get that. In my diverse little neighborhood, should you be in Detroit, you might not want to try your little diatribe on the kids here that have helped me in rescuing abused animals. The same kids who last summer were dealing drugs, white and black. Those who support Vick's reinstatement, are not doing so because he was rehabilitated, they are doing so for their entertainment. It was his greed and entertainment that tortured the dogs.

Hiram, on a side note, the aforementioned family member is my mom. She is buried in applications for chihuahua's that were rescued out of a home. Over 100 of him. The guy is under surveillance, and is mentally handicapped.
