Sinking, Sinking…
Of all the lame reasons for supporting the absurd candidacy of Barack Hussein Obama for President, possibly the most preposterous was that this underqualified, ultra-left extremist would "unite us." Unsurprisingly, he has done the opposite.
According to Rasmussen, 37% strongly disapprove of the Moonbat Messiah, despite the relentless media campaign on his behalf, and the psychological ju-jitsu by which our rulers have subconsciously convinced many of us that we are "racists" if we oppose him. Strongly approve gets 32% and crumbling, leaving only 31% who haven't yet been politically polarized after a mere 6 months.
The hard left may have overplayed its hand by installing an actual communist in the White House. His demented policies could succeed at destroying America and replacing it with a half-starved socialist slave state. But if they don't, the backlash should rid us of moonbattery for generations. Maybe the Community Activist in Chief will unite us after all.

Blue, I don't think that the trips have anything to do with it. He just takes trips all of the time so each new poll just happens to hit a trip.

I know! He's always on trips or going on date nights at our expense. BTW, has any other president gone on date trips at taxpayer expense? I don't remember GWB doing it.

I've always said the the country will unite against B-HO once he has gone too far. Probably around the time the second stimulus is being batted around congres and people are recovering from the cap and tax sticker shock.
I think that the tyranny will get worse before it gets better, but in the end this moonbat messiah (as you so put it) will be the Jimmy carter that brings the next Ronaldus Magnus.

Like all sane people I was horrified by the Cult's Helter Skelter, sky-falling-in rush to full-on socialist tax till the pips squeak, spend like there is no tomorrow...
Then it hit me a couple of months ago. This is far better than the frog in the pot which is slowly brought to the boil without noticing he's being boiled alive.

And if America doesn't reject this marxian inspired counter-revolution based on reactionary leftist crazy, then it was doomed anyway. Might as well get it over with right here, right now.
