Put Nothing in Writing, Ever
Obama's ultra-radical Climate Czarina — who makes money on carbon offsets, and who didn't bother to read the Tax and Charade monstrosity — sums up his administration's conception of "transparency":
Carol Browner, former Clinton administration EPA head and current Obama White House climate czar, instructed auto industry execs "to put nothing in writing, ever" regarding secret negotiations she orchestrated regarding a deal to increase federal Corporate Average Fuel Economy (CAFE) standards.
Rep. James Sensenbrenner, R-WI, is demanding a congressional investigation of Browner's conduct in the CAFE talks, saying in a letter to Rep. Henry Waxman, D-CA, that Browner "intended to leave little or no documentation of the deliberations that lead to stringent new CAFE standards."
Federal law requires officials to preserve documents concerning significant policy decisions, so instructing participants in a policy negotiation concerning a major federal policy change could be viewed as a criminal act.
The Marxists who control the government are perfectly aware that the vast majority of Americans would oppose what they are doing to this country, were people to know the gory details. They also know that history will not judge them favorably if they are successful in their objective: to snuff out mankind's last best hope.

On a tip from Kevin R. Hat tip: Hot Air.

Yes, but Americans are too busy watching So you Think You Can Dance to really care what is happening around them. Oh, and we get our news from Jon Stewart. Pretty much says it all.

Just another in a long list of crooked retards who stand to benefit from the collapse of America.
If she went up in flames, I would watch and cheer. Heck, I might even grab some marshmallows.

Let us not forget Ms. Browner, at the end of Clinton's white house tour, in defiance of a Federal court order, had her and her staff's computer hard drives erased.
Clearly, her lesson learned: No need to sweat court orders if nothings there to begin with.

No wonder she wants everything hush-hush -- can you spell conflict of interest!!! This evil witch has more stands to reap more $millions (along with her mentor Algore) from her own influence on policy and cap and tax than possibly anyone ever in modern American government:
According to Wikipedia http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Carol_Browner:
Obama's Brownoser was "a member of Socialist International, and was one of the leaders of that groups "Commission For a Sustainable World Society." That commission believes that wealthy countries should shrink their economies (aka redistribute their wealth) to address climate change."
"In 1983, she moved to Washington, D.C. and worked as associate director for the Citizen Action in Washington, a grassroots lobbying organization (founded by Ralph Nader) that was active in environmental issues."
"She also joined the board of the Alliance for Climate Protection, an organization founded by Gore in 2006.[16] In 2008 she joined the board of APX, Inc., which specializes in technology infrastructure for the environmental commodities markets[18], including those for carbon offsets and the CDM Gold Standard. Regardless of conclusive proof to the theory, she has also holds an opinion that global warming is "the greatest challenge ever faced".
From Sensenbrenner's letter:
“[Carol] Browner [Assistant to
the President for Energy and Climate Change] quietly orchestrated private discussions from the
White House with auto industry officials.” Negotiators were instructed to “put nothing in
writing, ever.” Clearly, Browner’s actions were intended to leave little to no documentation of
the deliberations that lead to stringent new CAFE standards.
The second issue raised in the previous letter related to EPA’s proposed endangerment
finding. An official from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) warned EPA in an
interagency memo that “[m]aking a decision to regulate CO2 under the CAA for the first time is
likely to have serious economic consequences for regulated entities throughout the U.S.
economy, including small businesses and small communities.” According to Administration
sources, these warning were dismissed, in part, because they originated from “a Bush
Holdover.” In fact, the “holdover” was a career civil servant hired by the Clinton
Administration.
This is open and transparent, honest government, allright, eh Brandon, Andy and GoW? Have to admit she's quite a capitalist, albeit a disingenuous and unscrupulous one. Blast the leftist MSM for looking the other way on all of this. If she were a Republican the MSM would have boiled her alive and served her in a soup kitchen already.
