Naturally they want money in order to get the "free" sticker. This little nugget struck me as odd given the urgency of such important Obamacare legislation: "Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery." Maybe an evil capitalist is behind this.

Wonder if the sticker is very absorbent? I have a use for it!

The Ten Commandments According to Obama
