Lumps of Cells That Learn and Remember
Possibly the scariest thing about moonbats is that they are morally capable of killing their own babies. People who can have their own children's skulls crushed and brains sucked out for the sake of convenience aren't going to have a problem doing even worse things to you. To quote Mother Teresa:
I feel that the greatest destroyer of peace today is abortion, because it is a war against the child — a direct killing of the innocent child — murder by the mother herself. And if we accept that a mother can kill even her own child, how can we tell other people not to kill one another? … Any country that accepts abortion is not teaching the people to love, but to use any violence to get what they want.
Of course, an enlightened progressive would regard Mother Teresa as a superstitious savage. The cosmopolitan thinker realizes that it only looks like a baby — actually, it's just a lump of cells up until we say it's a baby. But as we now learn, it's a lump of cells with memories:
The unborn have memories, according to medical researchers who used sound and vibration stimulation, combined with sonography, to reveal that the human fetus displays short-term memory from at least 30 weeks gestation — or about two months before they are born.
"In addition, results indicated that 34-week-old fetuses are able to store information and retrieve it four weeks later," said the research, which was released Wednesday.
It's also been proven that an unborn child can recognize its mother's voice.
The more technology teaches us about the unborn, the more obvious it becomes that those who pretend they aren't human beings are the savages.

What part of "no person shall be deprived of life without due process of law" don't they understand? How can the mother's "right" to privacy (a "right" manufactured from waste products found eminating from penumbrae) trump the baby's explicitly stated right to due process?
How about a class action wrongful death lawsuit, "Jane Doe Numbers 1 through 42,000,000 v. Planned Parenthood," charging that they denied the civil right of due process to every baby they aborted?
Let's see the lawyers with the kinds of guts (and other organs) to file THAT kind of lawsuit!

Liberals (and liberal Catholics) who believe that issues like war and social justice trump the issue of abortion, need to read Mother Teresa's words carefully. Once 'progress' becomes your religion, the moral centers in the brain become warped, thoroughly blocking common sense. This irreparable damage even leads one to believe that butchering your own child is real 'progress' for the human race.

I've been having a tweet-argument with a dingbat pro-death activist who keeps asking why HE should have my Christian religion forced down HIS throat vis a vis anti-abortion laws. I keep telling him it's not about religion, it's about life.
The Culture of Death will be crushed under the weight of its own murderous idiocy. But at what cost-the children who are the future of our country?
All we can hope for is that trends continue and Conservatives maintain a higher reproduction rate in the US.

Animals and trees have rights, but unborn humans (And law-abiding adult humnans) do not; they only have government-sanctioned "privledges".

You know, you don't have to be religious at all (I am an atheist) to consider the development of a human fetus, and the life of it, the most awesome thing. The pinnacle of awesomeness. I would otherwise use the word "miracle", though it would be silly to my philosophy, intellectual laziness.
It's definitely possible to come to the conclusion that abortion is wrong, without referring to "god" in any form. Life is greater than any of the mass of organisms that are part of it. Life transcends us, not the other way round. We should respect it.

There are SO many wonderful things about the development and pure wonder of an unborn child in the womb. I am religious, raised Catholic, and have been very much against abortion most of my adult life because God's wonderful creation is killed in the worst possible way by the mother, the one who gave life, just to outright slaughter this magnificent being for the pure purpose of convenience. It's sickening. I have no idea how liberals, who claim to stand for "the little people" don't stand for the littlest ones of all.
