Honest people, particularly those left in metropolitan Detroit and other areas of high governmental corruption, might as well start preparing evidence of shennanigans by these groups and their corrupt government cronies to use in forthcoming lawsuits against the Census Bureau:

13 USC 209(b) provides that "any person aggrieved by the use of any statistical method in violation of the Constitution or any provision of law ... in connection with the 2000 or any later decennial census to determine the population for purposes of the apportionment or redistricting of Members in Congress, may in a civil action obtain declaratory, injunctive, and any other appropriate relief against the use of such method." An "aggrieved person" includes "any resident of a State whose congressional representation or district could be changed as a result of the use of a statistical method challenged in the civil action."

Detroit has been perpetually embroiled in Census shennanigans in trying to force an overcount of minorities to the detriment of the rest of the white parts of the state in its Congressional delegation. In 1993, Detroit Mayor Coleman Young sued the Census Bureau seeking to force the it to make a statistical adjustment for allegedly undercounting blacks in Detroit in the 1990 official population count of the cities and sub-units of the State of Michigan or, alternatively, to make a new count of certain (black) areas. Finding that the Census Bureau had in fact bent over backwards to accurately count minorities, and that the Mayor's proposal for "statistically adjusting" the proposed undercount was unwarranted and unlawful, both the trial court and appeals court threw out the case on summary judgment. http://bulk.resource.org/courts.gov/c/F3/4/4.F3d.1367.92-2113.html

That case was decided when adults ran the Department of Commerce and Census Bureau. Now that leftists run those organizations, and are going to do their level best to employ racist organiztions like ACORN to conduct the 2010 census, expect the Commerce Department to be very receptive to "statistical adjustments" and other devious ploys to alter the numbers and that it will do whatever it needs to do to inflate minority represenation in Congress. Hence decent folks need to be vigilant and ready to sue for violations of the Constitution.
