Another Chance for Chairman Zero to Get It Right on Iran

Iran is boiling over again:

Thousands of protesters streamed down avenues of the Iranian capital Thursday, chanting "death to the dictator" and defying security forces who fired tear gas and charged with batons, witnesses said.
Iranian authorities had promised tough action to prevent the marches, which supporters of opposition leader Mir Hossein Mousavi have been planning for days in Internet messages. Heavy police forces deployed at key points in the city ahead of the marches, and Tehran's governor vowed to smash anyone who heeded the demonstration calls.
In some places, police struck hard. Security forces chased after protesters, beating them with clubs on Valiasr Street, Tehran's biggest north-south avenue, witnesses said.

As his prompt and unconditional support for the attempted communist takeover in Honduras proves, our Dear Leader is no longer opposed to "meddling" by taking sides. Let's see how long it takes him this time to figure out whose side he's supposed to be on.

I wonder whether Obama's mind-numbing inability to stand with a people risking life and limb for their democratic, human rights is some twisted kind of realpolitik, or that he actually stands with the Iranian dictatorship, or what. I can't get my head around what he's up to.

Should be good for another 2-3 points off his approval index by tomorrow.

Is it just me, or does Ah-man-den-e-jad look like the comedian Yakof Smernof?

You're number one Mahmoud Imanutjob....

Consider the Freedom the people have in Iran. Just look at the picture. A woman flipping that fool off.

Now, consider if that would be possible in the US. Does anyone think they would be able to get close enough to Duh'bumba's motorcade to flip him off like that? If that happened here, the "perp" would either be slammed to the ground by hundreds of Secret Service agents, cuffed and beaten, or they would be shot.

Wow. How many countries are giving the finger to their evil leaders? Three? When do we get our turn? Oh yeah. We've been giving him the finger.

that 'finger' she is using to flip A'jad the 'bird' with is no finger at all. That is obviously photo-shopped.

Yeah it's a great thought, but it's not real I can't remember where I saw it disproven. Besides, if she really did that Ahmadinejad would just run her over; he wouldn't care.

Sadly, it is fake.

But I like the one Van has posted better. :)
