According to Dennis Prager, American Exceptionalism is due to the American Trinity.

The American Trinity:

• E Pluribus Unum
• In God We Trust
• Liberty

Moonbats have their own trinity:

• Multiculturalism
• Militant Atheism
• Ubiquitous Bureaucratic Regulation

No wonder liberals loath the concept of American exceptionalism. America is exceptional insofar as it is not liberal.
