Statesboro Tea Party
Eureka, California wasn't the only town that couldn't wait until the Fourth to throw a Tea Party. Yesterday Statesboro, Georgia made itself heard:

It isn't just that Cap and Trade will cost people thousands as the sign on the bottom states - it's that this kind of huge regulatory state legislation undermines free civil society. Legislation like this stands the purpose of government in a Free country on its head.

Liberal fascism is in full force. To wit:
Cap and Trade
Suppression of scientific data and debate on anthropogenic GW
Nationalized Health Care
Debt-driven stimulus packages
Nationalization of GM
Exponential increase in printed currency
Suppression of drilling or shale mining for oil
Millions to ACORN
Firing of the GI
Nomination of feminist racist to sit on the supreme court
Tax exempt status for mosques, foot baths, road signs in arabic and a president named Hussein eight years after 9-11.
All of these are manifestations of the fascist liberal doctrine because they are implemented by fear and force to achieve a new social order.
Get rid of the Despicable 8 - collaborators and useful idiots for the dimocrats.

Carbon Tax
CDL license Tax
Cellular phone tax
Cigarette Tax
Corporate Income Tax
Court Fines (indirect taxes)

Fishing License Tax
Food License Tax
Fuel permit tax
Gasoline Tax (42 cents per gallon)

Inventory tax IRS Interest Charges (tax on top of tax)
IRS Penalties (tax on top of tax)
Liquor Tax
Local Income Tax
Luxury Taxes
Marriage License Tax
Medicare Tax
Property Tax
Real Estate Tax
Septic Permit Tax
Service Charge Taxes
Social Security Tax
Road Usage Taxes (Truckers)
Sales Taxes
Recreational Vehicle Tax
Road Toll Booth Taxes
School Tax
State Income Tax
State Unemployment Tax (SUTA)
Telephone federal excise tax
Telephone federal universal service fee tax
Telephone federal, state and
local surcharge taxes
Telephone minimum usage surcharge tax

Be green everyone!
So wouldn't the green, in greenhouse gas, suggest that we are being green?
And the lunacy continues...

It is so nice to see tea parties in my old college (undergrad) town of Statesboro. Back in the 1970s, it was such a sleepy place, but I enjoyed it.
Thanks ya'll.

This series of pics were for our Cap & Tax protest for the bill that just passed in the house - we are trying to send a message to the Senate to NOT pass this bill into LAW!!!!
More info on the Bulloch Co TEA Party at www.bullochtea.com

3bus, it sounds like you let that stand. She should in fact know that it was Tina Fey who said that, not Sarah Palin.

I was planning on attending a july 4 tea party but chicago is doing everything they can to prevent that, so it looks like its not happening over here, bummer
