Newsbleak Resorts to Comedy
Time to stick a fork in Newsweek. The obnoxiously moonbatty publication — which recently spun its diving circulation numbers as part of a plan to become more high-brow and exclusive — has instead brought in lefty comedian Stephen Colbert as a guest editor.
Since many liberals get their news from goofy Comedy Central programs like Colbert's, the move does make some sense. But not enough to keep Newsreek in print unless its master Chairman Zero deems it fit for a bailout.

colbert and stewart both have funny shows, i just can't watch it because everytime they make a joke at the rights expence the roar of the crowd turns my stomach.

I agree, Joe. I used to watch them in say 2007. But, now, I just can't stand that crowd. It's endlessly irritating. Did anyone else notice, too, that The Onion got really unfunny when it got political? I used to love it, I was so disappointed.

I dont mind Colbert but the smugness of Stewart is annoying. Either way its not my news source.

What do you think of this: all this degenerate hatred of neighbors that don't 100% agree with you is the result of the the family comming apart. Children growing up in alienating institutional settings as adult now cannot bear to feel like "outsiders" so cluster around the current hipster philosophies (if you can call them taht). I think the whole day-care, I'll fit you into Mommie's planner genration has grown up and those chickens are just home to roost.

I am thinking this will actually improve Newsweak's numbers for the issue in question, but it won't stop the downward spiral. The market of readers who want nothing but non-stop Obamaganda is very small and already well-served. V
