Mother and Daughter Pay the Price for Our Immigration Policy
When I first heard this tragic story of a mother and her daughter mowed down in broad daylight in Brewster, New York by a drunken maniac, I made the natural assumption regarding the driver's immigration status. Now we have confirmation:
A drunken driver struck and killed a mother and her young daughter as they were walking to the child's dance class yesterday, authorities said.
Kayla Donohue, a second-grader at John F. Kennedy Elementary School in Southeast, was pronounced dead at the scene about 6:45 p.m., Brewster fire officials said.
Her mother, Lori Donohue, was taken by Brewster ambulance to Putnam Hospital Center and then by helicopter to Westchester Medical Center in Valhalla, where she reportedly died later in the evening.
A white Ford F-350 pickup truck apparently failed to make the left-hand turn onto routes 6 and 22 from Main Street in the village and drove into the parking lot next to Seven Stars School of Performing Arts, pinning the little girl against the building and her mother beneath the truck.
The pickup's driver was taken into custody and arraigned early this morning on a felony charge of first-degree vehicluar manslaughter. The suspect was identified this morning by a Putnam County corrections official as Zacariah Conses-Garcia, 35. His address was not immediately available. Conses-Garcia was being held on $150,000 bail.
The federal Immigration and Customs Enforcement department has also filed a detainer against the suspect as an illegal immigrant, the Putnam County corrections department said.

Formerly a quiet, picturesque town on the outer fringes of NYC's northern suburbs, Brewster has been made almost unlivable by hordes of perpetually drunk illegal aliens who use the streets as their toilets, sleep in the surrounding woods, and become killing machines when they get ahold of vehicles.
A fundamental purpose of government is to defend its people from foreign invasion. But the gang of looters calling itself our government is too busy spreading the wealth around to attend to the responsibilities that would justify its existence.

I dunno... is this country still worth fighting for? I have a large American flag hanging from my house, but for some reason it lately has not been filling my chest with pride any longer. At what point do we pack up our bags and look for greener (or red, white and bluer) pastures? I hate to ask this question, but at some point we will be either leaving on our own accord, or the accord of Others. I rather choose my own destination; my relatives in Poland left their country through chimneys...

A drunk Illegal plowed into my parents SUV about 2 weeks ago right outside our office. They are fine thank god. The bastard had no insurance either. insurance is paying to fix my fathers SUV.
What of the illegal? I've seen him at the local bodayga a few times this week and hes driving another beater of a car. No penalties for him at all. I found out he only spent 24 hours in jail to sober up and they basically let him go.
I love the new open border USSR we are living in.

I think anyone that kills someone while drunk driving should get it for murder, not manslaughter. But then, I think we should bring back hanging too. I mean it. I think people that do that should be hung.

The same can be said of America itself. This adventure in freedom, liberty and self-government has it’s problems – but it’s still the best system there is – and it’s worth fighting for.
Greener pastures? There are none. The Neoleftists are trying to take over, and it’s a global phenomenon. What happened to your relatives in Poland is an example of where we are headed if we don’t stop the Moonbat menace right here, right now.
Getting more directly back on topic, I live in an area with a very high level of immigration - both legal and otherwise. My own office has people from all over the world, including Asia, Africa, India, Pakistan, and Europe. Good hardworking folks, all of them.
Then we have the illegals from Mexico and Central America.....and lots of stories like furballz posts at 7:28. I even have a few myself, including traffic accidents and theft. They are utterly lawless, and drive without licenses, tags or insurance, and pretty much do whatever the h#ll they want.
The police do what they can, but it's not enough, and the Loopy, Loony, Lying, Lemming-Like Lobotomized Leftist Losers ™ make sure the illegals have the best legal representation they can get.

Yes, it's worth fighting for. We're headed for a civil war as it is, we just have to know it's the moonbats and those they support that we're after. If they can be "removed" from power, we can put things back the way they should be.
The alternative is to go to whatever place has implemented the ideology they have been allowed to. Close ourselves in a little more, then a little more. Make no mistake, there is nobody in power that is willing to give us what we deserve; we have to make it for ourselves, the way our forefathers did. It's looking ever more like it's our generation that's going to have to step up. Are you prepared? I am.

I'm SICK of illegal immigration. Part of California's economic woes are from services given to undocumented aliens.
We have the power to deport all these bastards. All of them. I'm sick of their little anchor babies, their loud stupid ass mariachi music, pissing in the streets and generally making a nuisance in Southern California.
All you whiny liberals don't give me that bullshit they do jobs Americans won't do. When things got tough I took 3 minimum wage jobs to put food on the table like a responsible adult would do.
They take more than they put in, period. Most of them work under the table, they send most of the money they make to Mexico and live 15 to a house.
A lot of unscrupulous employers love em, no overtime, no workers comp, all cash under the table.
I never go to the beach on the weekends anymore. They're there with the entire clan, littering up the beach with all their garbage and their entire entourage from their homeland. Time and time again I'll see dirty diapers and trash as they're too fucking lazy to walk to the trash can.
They blatantly disregard our laws and our customs, refuse to assimilate into our society and continue to speak their language.
This is America assholes - speak English.
GRRRR........If I sound pissed I am. I've watched this illegal alien vermin destroy So Cal in a matter of a few years.
Lastly, I have no idea WHY our government won't deport these people and enforce our immigration laws. Prop 187 was overwhemingly passed in CA and the courts knocked it down.
My great grandparents come over here from England to Ellis Island. Worked their ass off - took NO government handouts and just sucked it up and did what they needed to do.
I think we should just round these fuckers up on a military hop and deport them back to their country of origin, drop them off in a field.
On another note - most of them eat shitty fast food and the women for the most part are obese - they certainly won't live to be 100.

You are right, Ted, this shit happens ALL the time, you just rarely hear about it.
I took my family and fled the 4th largest city in America (Houston) because of the mexican invasion. Every morning you would read about some drunken illegal driving the wrong way on I-10 and wiping some innocent driver out, some survived many didn't.
All over the city (this was before the wonderful, law abiding Katrina "victims" arrived, they weren't real interested in working) hoards of illegals would be standing around looking for tax free work.
These people are pathetic. They have absolutely no regard for our laws or culture. They think America belongs to them.
If you ever decide to move to a southern state that borders mexico, take my advice and don't, its not America anymore.
This is a war, an invasion of a Sovereign nation (USA) by population alone, probably a first in the history of the world.
Have you ever seen a childless mexican woman? I didn't think so, neither have I.
But that's OK, right? ... We have "Hope and Change" to look forward to. I can sit right here in front of my PC and guarantee that our current "administration" will have all the 25 million + illegals in this Country granted amnesty so they will be eligible to vote.
