Millionaire's Middle School Moonbat Mosaic
Anyone who tries to raise children in the moonbat mecca Berkeley should be warned that taking them out of public school is no guarantee of protection from brainwashing with corrosive hard left ideology. Zombie took some pictures of a mosaic created by the 7th and 8th grade students at the extremely pricey Black Pine Circle School, reputedly one of the better private schools in the area. A sample:
Another tile, intended as a student's personal statement, features a marijuana leaf.
As Zombie notes, the "mosaic essentially acts as an advertisement for the school on its front wall." She also observes that
Thirteen-year-olds don't come up with this stuff themselves.
The school's mission statement declares:
The ideal BPC student will be maximally free of all the "isms" which pervade most aspects of the world around them: from racism to sexism to the less obvious forms of discrimination.
Good thing "moonbattery" doesn't end in "ism."

I would be thrilled if that foul symbol enjoyed the same reputation that the swastika has had ever since Hitler. Decent people should react the same way to it as the Nazi symbol, with utter contempt.

It's always mystified me why there's such a disparity between the reputations of those two satanic ideologies. Dennis Prager tried his hand guessing, and I'm especially partial to his #6 ("There is, simply put, widespread ignorance of communist atrocities compared to those of the Nazis").
How bad is this ignorance? So bad that even right-wingers have bought lock, stock and barrel into the Marxist lies about American patriot Joseph McCarthy, whom those Marxist did their best to silence because they knew he was exposing the truth about them.
McCarthy was right. He just had no idea how right he was.
