Government to Give Our Money to ChiComs in Name of Global Warming Farce
America is up to its neck in debt to the communist Chinese. But apparently that's no reason for the government not to give them our money for free in the name of the preposterous global warming hoax:
U.S. Special Envoy for Climate Change Todd Stern said that there was "no question" that China would receive both financial and technological assistance from the United States as part of upcoming climate change talks to be conducted in Copenhagen, Denmark.
According to the moonbats who run the UN — and, tragically, our country — China is a "developing" nation, despite a powerhouse economy that is overtaking ours. Therefore it gets free money as part of the "spread the wealth around" scheme that is the climate change farce.
No doubt when the ChiComs are done sniggering at the stupidity of our liberal rulers, they will spend some of the cash continuing to build their navy, so they can fill the power vacuum after America loots itself into economic collapse.

Cowlove is correct up to a point. The money should be used to buy back T-bills from the Chicoms, as it is, this does not decrease our debt to them any more than the dollars we are spending to educate their prostitutes on proper drinking habits.
We are a joke, and not a very funny one.

If we buy back T-bills, isn't that just monetizing our debt, printing more money and risking inflation?
Whateverthefrack, it's just ludicrous all around. The Obamination Administration is simply hell-bent on running our economy into the ground. You see, we are too hubristic, to glib. American Exceptionalism is BAD. We are BAD.

This is just like the prelude to WWII. A lot of the boys who died in WWII got it from steel scrap sold to Japan at a discount while we knew they were rearming.
Will the next bunch of body bags be filled by ammo bought and paid for by American Global Warming money? Probably.

As a follow up to Chuck's point about the similarity to WWII, it occurs to me this situation has two edges. What portion of our armaments are paid for with credit which is underwritten by the Chicoms?
There are also similarities to the pre-WWI era as pointed out in "Guns of August" in that the European countries all assumed war would never happen because their economies were so inter-dependent. That really didn't work out too well.

We sold tons of scap metal to japan before WW II and they used to to make bombs and torpedos which they used to bomb PEARL HARBOR and SINK THE USS ARIZONA and now look what obama is doing FEEDING THE DRAGON
