Bureauweenies Convert Precious Farmland Into Dustbowl

In this country, most of us are Caucasians; our rulers side against Caucasians. Most of us are Christians; our rulers side against Christians. The vast majority of us are Americans; our rulers side against Americans. All of us are humans, so it should come as no surprise that our rulers are siding against humans in the San Joaquin Valley, where bureauweenies are deliberately reducing some of the best farmland on the planet into a dustbowl on behalf of some useless minnow.

In case you missed it Friday, Hannity did a piece on the issue that will have you sharpening your pitchfork and firing up a torch:

Hat tip: NewsBusters, on a tip from Edward.

Comments

I just drove up through the extreme southern valley (CA 223 Arvin) and then up US 5 yesterday.

There are thousands of Yellow signs that say 'Dustboal created by US Congress' and such.

You demoMoonBat Assholes had better listen. You are loosing your base faster than you can say 2010 midterms.

THOSE MINNOWS HAVE A RIGHT TO LIFE!!!!

You conservative fish-killers and meat eaters are sick! How can you pick on a defenseless fish that can't speak for itself?

I don't know what this blog is rated, but I'm going to say that I really *hate* these motherfuckers anyway.

Panday - vague; which mutherfuckers?

Another failed polocy of FDR - The Dustbowl

Since liberals are so ANTI human why can't they truly lead on the issue and start just killing themselves off and leave the rest of us to suffer with our SUV's, cheap oil, fur coats, and our fithly money?

Conversely, if humans are so horrible and are doing SO much damage to everything how on earth have we managed to survive for millions of years?

Liberalism always leads to death....

Notice in the video that he did not have the balls to really say "I voted for Obama, but that was a big mistake" as a democrat, and more importantly as a liberal hack.

His message was weak.

This is yet another example of libbatards who are getting hammered by the O's socialism, but not having the brains or balls to say they were duped and stupid with their vote for the O.

Apparantly some people do not understand the simple logic of the domino effect.

In response to OAIO; It is only fairly recently that humans have begun causing so much harm to our planet. For much of our history man has revered nature and in fact attempted to live in near harmony with his provider,Hence the near archtypal concept of Mother Nature,or if you will Mother Earth. In parts of Asia, then Europe, this reverence for nature was replaced with practical contempt, and the general consensus that nature in order to be purged of ''evil''must be ''tamed'',developed or perhaps dominated in some manner.I am of the opinion that this fairly new contempt for nature has its roots in the general ''misinterpertation'' of Judio-Christian scriptures, and the spread of those relegions across the planet.I might add that to this very day many christians believe that Satan,or the devil, is the god of nature. If only proffesing christians would read the scriptures in the bible in which God supposedly warns humanity as to the horrors that will befall those who destroy his creation, then perhaps those same christians would not be so ceartain that the destruction of nature is in fact Gods will ? At any rate human survival is in fact in extream jepordy thanks to the creation of weopons of mass destruction, enviromental degredation and the general concensus that we humans under ceartian circumstances have the right not only to destroy each other, but the entire planet. Our modern disregard-contempt for nature does not explain our ''longevity'',rather it explains why even though our species is a rather young one,we already are faced with the specter of extinction.

On a seperate note concerning a recent article about Columbus day and the Indians. Please be advised that in fact Columbus himself noted how generous and peacefull the natives were.Columbus is noted as having said that only a few of his men could likely control scores of the naieve natives. The Catholic authorities actualy arrested Columbus on charges of inhumane acts towards the natives. Is this why we should continue to celebrate Columbus day ?

A few Indian cultures practiced human sacrifice.Of those that did even fewer could be considered hunter -gather cultures. It is very interesting that the natives who practiced human sacrifice sported cultures more like the invading Europeons than the majority of native Americans. My point is that conquest and near anhilation of the native Americans is not something we should celebrate. In fact it is something we should attempt to make amends for by from this time on treating the planet as if it were the ''home' of all humans as well as that of other life forms, not a massive market place, fit for ravigement by a minority of hyper-competitive sociopaths who regard other people and lifeforms as nothing but the means to their selfish ends.

And finaly,we are told that modern technology''and by extension capitalism''has extended the human life expectancy by as much as forty or even fifty years. If this is the case then the accounts in the bible of persons living to be over 500 years or more must in fact be fictuous ? Just something everyone should give thought to !

James, I have a shiny new toy for you, but put down that banana first like a good AGW Alarmist monkey.

Posted by: Anonymous at June 24, 2009 5:01 AM

So long, America, and thanks for all the fish.

Posted by: mmmmmBurgers at June 24, 2009 5:42 AM

Michelle, you left out guns, bibles and heterosexual tendancies, and well educated fat kids.

James, according to Genesis Adam, or Man was created by God to name the animals and to rule over them. Technically, I suppose you could assume that after the original sin mankind was forced to find his own means of survival, at the cost of the environment. So you are saying it is Gods fault that man can't run naked in the woods and be constantly fed, sheltered, and well, babied. The rules of God were just too damn difficult for one man to cope with, even though there was only one rule.

Survival of man has never been against God, or nature, or anything else. Man depends on his life because he is NOT God, and therefore destined to fail. Deal with it.

Posted by: Eric at June 24, 2009 5:44 AM

James, you are delusional. What elementary school do you teach this crap at? I want to be sure your sick brain doesn't infect my children.

The pre-industrial utopia you describe never existed. The people of the world are far better off now than ever before due entirely to the 'hyper-competitive' environment created by capitalism.

Perhaps to moonbats like yourself Columbus Day is the celebration of the annihilation of the indians. To sane people it is the celebration of a discovery which led to the greatest advancement in the quality of life in all of history.

So take your computer which was built by capitalists and powered by electricity generated by capitalists which is made from coal or nuclear or natural gas that was taken from the ground by capitalists and stuff it in your bong.

Wow, James has bought so much revisionist bullshit that I don't even know where to begin. It would take hours to dissect his comment and show how many lies he's bought into.

Posted by: Evil Otto at June 24, 2009 6:10 AM

For anyone new here, this story perfectly illustrates the very essence of the word "Moonbattery". Inarguably, this behavior is insane. Who in their right mind would destroy farms, jobs, food supplies, etc, all while in the midst of a recession? For the sake of a @!$# fish?!? This is a case where all people should be able to say to those responsible, "Whoa! You people are friggin' nuts! What the Hell were you thinking? Turn it back on! NOW."
I hope they do soon. This decision was very poorly made, without any regard to potential consequences.
*sharpens pitchfork*

Ayne Rand was right.

Posted by: Mr Evilwrench at June 24, 2009 6:30 AM

Seriously, why can't the entire country stand up as ONE and demand the water be turned on....NOW.

I can't imagine anyone even trying to defend this lunacy, as Murff said, during this horrific economic climate?

Posted by: Anonymous at June 24, 2009 6:45 AM

Bureauweenies say, RESISTANCE IS FUTILE.
It's time to show them different.

Just as bad as back in 2001 when they cut off water to the KLANATH BASIN FARMERS over two worthless trash fish and a salmon that can be bought in stores HEY ABORTIONISTS GO SWIMMING WITH A SCHOOL OF SHARKS DURING A FEEDING FREENZIE AND TRY AND KISS ONE OF EM

Posted by: SPURWING PLOVER at June 24, 2009 7:50 AM

I was waiting for a video for this. Thanks VH, but this is truly sad. Even though the Caliban is in charge there, these people still need food and water.... not a friggin' two inch fish not even large enough to bread and stick on the grill.

The dustbowl would have happened no matter who was in office.

Oiao,

The motherfuckers who think these fish are more important than peoples' food: those who brought suit, those who fund those who brought suit, and the fucking judge who sided with them.

Anmonous;I love shinny new toys, but not ones from uneducated biggets who can not accept the truth. So take your new toy and put it where the sun dont shine, then go get an education,a real one.And no,dont is not a word an educated person should use,but I do not always do or say the right thing.Maybe it is my sin nature ? If so then I can hardly be blamed for my nature now can I ?

M Burgers,First and for most I do not accept the bible as the ultamate authority when debating or dealing with any issue.Second; you did not read my post carefully,if you did then you would have formulated an entirely different argument then what you have.No where in my post have I blamed God for anything.Any eighth grader can tell you that the industrialised countries do in fact have enough nukes to destroy the entire planet many times over. This is a fact, not revisionist history.

Eric;It is obvious that you like so many people equate quality of life with material gain and material convienences.Quality of life is very much a subjective concept.I wonder though, would you believe all would be well if say the Chinnese invaded America, if after the bloodshed were over they were able to improve the quality of their lives at our expense ? I must point out also folks that many of the things which today make our lives easier,we have because ceartain people before us fought very hard to get.It is a fact that around the year 1890,more than twenty percent of the US work force brought home what could now be considered third world wages.Believe me, the Average Indian living in the Caribian prior to Columbus enjoyed a much better quality of life than the average American living in seventeeth century America. While I never said nor implied that the natives had accomplished Utopia,it is a fact that they were not impoverished,over-taxed,over worked, under fed nor did they suffer, ''as many people in our culture do'' from a sense of isolation or alienation. Now to be fair,I must note that the Indians who lived in the vicinity of the few tribes who practiced human sacrifice probably did not enjoy life very much at all ! Imagine living in the shadow of a bunch of people who think that those who are different from them should suffer and die for the sake of their quality of life !

Frankly the posts on this site are pretty much a waste of time.It is pointless to debate people who believe that genicide is acceptable as long as the people commiting the genocide can improve their lot in life.I am done debatting with you people.Enjoy your lives the best you can in the midst of our poisonend water, polluted air, toxic food additives ,rampant crime and the specter of nuclear war. After all we can not do any better now can we ?
