ABC's ObamaCare Infomercial Was a Flop
At least no one can accuse ABC News of sacrificing what little remains of its credibility for the sake of ratings. The network's pathetic infomercial for Obama's bid to seize control of the healthcare industry — from which both Republicans and paid opposition advertising were locked out — was a total flop:
The one-hour ABC News special "Primetime: Questions for the President: Prescription for America" (4.7 million viewers, 1.1 preliminary adults 18-49 rating) had the fewest viewers in the 10 p.m. hour (against NBC's "The Philanthropist" debut and a repeat of "CSI: NY" on CBS). The special tied some 8 p.m. comedy repeats as the lowest-rated program on a major broadcast network.
Hyping the program with a BHO interview on "Good Morning America" wasn't enough to convince viewers to waste an hour being blatantly lied to on the topic of why they should let power-mad socialists take away their healthcare.

On tips from Gregory of Yardale and BURNING HOT.

This is fantastic news!!!
We should celebrate that even the masses that have nothing better to do than watch mindless MSM network programming chose not to watch the state-run media attempts to carry communist pap and lies about why we need government control and rationing of our healthcare. Victory to the country. Let's carry forward this to the July 4 tea parties as a rallying point in taking back the country from those enemies within who would corrupt its founding priciples.

I'm thinking Michael Jackson actually died that day/night and the White House forced a cover-up so as not to bump the Obamamercial completely off the radar ... What a blessing the MJ wall to wall coverage yesterday DID bump this ratings stinker completely off the radar ... heh!

The last plausible excuse for handing over air time to the Messiah is now up in smoke.
If a network were doing this for ratings, I wouldn't like it, but it would at least be logical. But now the One is losing to re-runs of TV shows I've never heard of.
The only possible explanation is that the major networks are now officially State Controlled Media (aka "the SCaM").

I think it means the masses have kind of given up, because they know their representatives aren't going to listen to them anyway. Which is what the Democrats want.

I heard HBO was changing its name to BHO. Can that be true? Broadcast for Hussein Objectives, BHO.

Obama has went Biden to Iran to learn how to really control the media....when he gets back, Obama will release the real true government issued ratings for his TV spectacular that was watched by 105% of those owning TVs and 95% of those who do not have TVs.

Even the BBC has started asking the question of why ABC is so fawning over Obama.
If they've noticed it has to be bad ....

The best part of this was when Obama said that he wouldn't trust his family to this healthcare system.

I don't think it really shows anything other than the complete lack of concern the average citizen has for anything aside from themselves.
Ask around... see if you can find somebody that knows anything about anything that is going politically. Aside from SC gov. affair I bet they have no clue.
It's not a lack of love for Obie.. it's, like someone else said, either they know the gov. is not listening and has no plans of listening to them or they just don't care one way or the other and assume it won't effect them.
Personally I figure most people have realized that the only thing for the people about our government anymore is taxes. I don't THIS government.. I mean government in general. They don't care what we want or don't want as long as we pay taxes on it either way.

Nice of Obama to let us know how to avoid listening to his health care B.S. From now on ABC stands for Absent Broadcasting Company on my t.v.
