Where the Bread Gets Buttered

The federal kleptocracy has announced over $1 trillion in new spending, but only about 6% has actually been spent, despite the supposed emergency that precluded debating or even reading the Porkzilla outrage. Where does the money go first? To the District of Criminals, naturally. Our rulers shouldn't have to endure bumpy rides in their limousines while the rest of us are taxed and regulated into economic ruin.
