Still More Tea Party Inspiration
Moonbattery reader Heather Merritt not only helped organize the Tax Day Tea Party in Statesboro, Georgia, she gave a nice little speech:
Other fine Tax Day Tea Party speeches were made by Adrian Murray and Scott Nehring. It's not to soon to start speechwriting for the Fourth of July.

Is this pushing the envelope? On my property stands a large flagpole, beside which stands the village welcome sign. We maintain the nice flagpole with flowers, etc. If I put a "Don't Tread on Me" flag below the 6 ft. Stars & Stripes, is that rep'ing the town?

If someone is complaining - I'd recommend that since you are on private property, if they don't like the "Don't tread on me" flag, they are free to move the "village welcome sign" anywhere they please, away from your flag. (IMHO)

aww - my pleasure! I was super proud of my kids - they handed out tea bags & markers so people could write their names on them and we sent them to Washington. My youngest was handing out Mini American flags.
It kills me that the verbage the MSM use is so offensive.
