These reconquistas are like self-parody. They seem to think that the magic comes with the territory, and if they "own" the southwest, they'll inherit the economic success the area has had. The best they could do is turn it into part of Mexico, or a new country just like Mexico. THEY DO NOT HAVE the cultural characteristics to achieve or even maintain such economic success. If we gave them all they want, we'd just move out and go be successful elsewhere; they would continue to fail.

The “Aztlan”, and “Reconquista” movements are just a slightly more extreme version of the typical of the Loopy, Loony, Lying, Lemming-Like Liberal Leftie Loser ™ culture of victimhood and entitlement. Most Liberals try to hide their true violent intent a little better.

This Aztlzn / Reconquista / La Raza nonsense speaks for itself, and represents a growing and organized threat that is gaining political influence and clout. At risk of reading too much into this, it’s an interesting choice of weapon as well: Long-barreled AR / M-16 variant set up for serious midrange /urban sniping or varmint hunting with bipod, optics, a cheek piece and a hi-cap mag……not sure if it was intentional, but I can draw a few conclusions from that as well.

Think about this. Peoples want better (grass is greener on the other side) than they have in neighboring country. Neighboring country has lax border laws so peoples go to neighboring country for to have better life. Peoples happy living off of neighboring country welfare system. Why would want to leave? Many more come and live off neighboring country until welfare system drains neighboring country to point of collapse but is still better than peoples old country so peoples decide to take over neighboring country not thinking that when country collapses welfare system collapses, infrastructure breaks down, governments and their services can no longer operate. The funny part, for those who weren't cognitively challenged, stomped, and left for dead, is that "Aztlan," the Aztec empire, was a Stone Age version of Nazi Germany. Even the Spaniards - no liberals they - were horrified by Aztec human sacrifices (read Prescott's history of the Spanish Conquest).

The Aztecs were detested by all of their neighbors, whom they captured for those sacrifices. That is, in fact, why the Spaniards defeated the Aztecs - the surrounding tribes couldn't wait for the opportunity to get some payback on the Aztecs, and joined the Spaniards. (Apocalypto is quite accurate historically.)

Apparently these morons pining for the Aztec Empire haven't figured out that most of them would have been its victims, not its beneficiaries.

All kidding aside, most people think the 'white man' brought slavery to these shores. They didn't - it was already here.

As for the Spanish, it's no wonder they were as brutal as they were. 800 years of Muslim rule was just ending as they started thier exploration and conquest of the New World, and the Muslim opression had left an indelible mark on their culture.

Even the infamous Spanish Inquisition was caused by (and was as merciless as it was) Muslims who were still trying to fight the Christians. The Inquisition was part of the backlash, and the inquisitors went after all non-Catholics, mainly the Muslims and Jews.

Yes, many of the "Aztlan / Reconquista / La Raza" weenies probably have more of a connection to the Spanish invaders than with the Aztecs.

In Texas there are many, many more folks of Mexican descent who will fight against 'The Race(ists)' than will fight with them.

You know, I have no problem with Mexicans. Most of them are hard-working and family-oriented, and just want to build better lives for themselves and their families, and I like them a lot. So I say "God love 'em," or I would if I were religious. I'd trade liberals for Mexicans any day of the week.

I also doubt that this "Aztlan" crap comes from Mexican immigrants (legal or illegal); it's more likely to come from US-born Hispanics infected with liberal identity politics. Mexican immigrants have seen the elephant, and seem to have little desire to reproduce the situation they risked their lives to escape.

But to make it real, let's tear up every usable road, destroy the infrastructure, blow up the Hoover Dam, drain the California aqueducts, shut down every school in the Southwest(and with it, every free breakfast and lunch program), and cut off all medical, welfare and housing benefits. They should feel right at home. If they want Aztlan, have at it. I see no reason why we should give them America.

And the other side of the deal is that we get the same amount of land in Mexico. Why not? It's not like they're doing anything useful with it. Within 50 years, we'll be living in oceanfront mansions with profitable businesses, and they'll be scratching around in the dirt trying to survive, and demanding the return of their homeland.

La Raza can also be used to refer to children. That's right, Mexicans call their kids "raza", do they really mean "Hey Race of children, get the fuck over here" LMFAO.

Oh the ignorance, I think the "La Raza" message is pretty clear. There is no disputing their racism and hostility towards White America. Specifically the "nazi punks, you'll be the first to go." Anyone that comes on my land with that attitude and intention won't get closer than 600 yards from my front door.

This stuff, my #1 pet peeve, makes my blood boil... but has been going on for well over 20 yrs. That video has been around itself for at least 6 years (when I first heard it). I couldn't stomach listening closely to the whole thing again... but it seemed to me it left out the part tho where he saids "you old white people need to die" (anyone listen to the whole thing and heard that?).

I first heard about Aztlan, La Raza and MeCHA in the late 80s, as complaints by representatives of the long-settled legal Mexican population in Orange County CA at one of the local government planning meetings. Albeit, quite a few of those long settled Chicanos may have only become legal through previous amnesty programs... but even they were very concerned about the attitudes and behaviors of the "new" Mexicans coming over the border. The long-settled Mexicans were complaining the new ones didn't care about the community, were NOT interested in working hard and settling here premanently with their families... but were only interested in getting whatever money and benefits they could by whatever means they could and sending the bulk of the money back over the border.

It is true that one of the first people to start this Aztlan myth was some Chicano guy (I think it was even the man speaking in the video) teaching in BERKELEY, back in the 60s or early 70s. Should have kicked his a** out years ago!

However, those notions and false beliefs have taken a firm hold South of the Border. It's my understanding that Senor Vicente was very much in favor of this "reconquista" Aztlan idea and was having it taught in the elementary schools. Ever see those cartoon books the Mexican government has printed about how to "safely" cross our border?

UNFORTUNATELY, around the time of the last president - BOTH Obama AND McCain were having meetings with La Raza telling them how supportive they were of "improving" immigration and supporting a "path to citizenship" for all those who've come here illegally. That was my #1 grip against McCain, although I did vote for him (holding my nose) because the other guy was so offensive. And many, many of our congressmen and senators are pro-illegal as well.... and many other moonbats as well.
