They did make fun of this, then a bunch of low-life's (Democrats) said, Wait! We could use this to make money and buy votes. LET'S MAKE BELIEVE WE ACTUALLY DO BELIEVE THIS CRAP!
It's just what they did with the KKK. The Democrats stopped burning crosses when they figured out they could buy black votes pretending they were against the KKK.

btw, when he caught the fotball, I initially thought he was going to lecture the guy who threw it for using a product made from the skins of defenseless animals or something, but the air thing instead was funnier.
Another great "In Living Color" sketch with Carrey was one in which he was playing Pee- Wee Herman, shortly after the guy had his little mishap in the porno theater.
