British Nanny State Recruits Child Spies for Gaia
One of the more chilling aspects of George Orwell's 1984 is how people live in terror of their children, who at any time can report them to the authorities for crimes real or imagined. Like most of the book, this has proven to be prophetic:
Children as young as seven are being recruited by councils to act as 'citizen snoopers', the Daily Mail can reveal.
The 'environment volunteers' will report on litter louts, noisy neighbours — and even families putting their rubbish out on the wrong day.
There are currently almost 9,000 people signed up to the schemes. More are likely to be recruited in the coming months. … After basic training, volunteers are expected to be the 'eyes and the ears' of the town hall.
Recruits are taught to write down license plate numbers, so that enemies of the nanny state can be tracked down and escorted to Room 101 for reprogramming.
Considering that environmental hysteria has been used as a Trojan horse to sneak totalitarianism past the unwary, this is particularly alarming:
Luton Borough Council's Street Seen scheme encourages its 650 volunteers to report 'environmental concerns'. It is also recruiting 'Junior Street Champions', aged between seven and 11. …
Volunteers are given a list of things to do when confronted with fly-tippers, including taking photos 'without being seen'.
"Fly-tipping" is British for illegitimately disposing of waste. Given the surreal nature of Britain's garbage regulations, the only alterative in some cases is to let it pile up in your living room. They'll hit you with a £100 fine for putting out "too much" rubbish on trash day. You can be fined as much as £1,000 for the truly heinous crime of putting out your trash too early.

easy...
collect a year or two of "too much" and put it out paying the 100 dollar fee as a carting fee.
eventually when the yards fill up with trash and people sell their houses to move to a clean house, then maybe it might change.
but i doubt it... cause the politicans do most of their garbage making on the job... not at home... so while they consume copious amounts of crap, they dont have to put it out.
here is what i say..
steal the garbage of the politician. especially RFID tagged stuff... then, on another nite, put it out for them at the wrong time... on another put it out with the right garbage.
make sure to call child snitches and interview them with the press before or as its reported to authorities.
then pop a top and watch.. :)

Take all you garbage to the local politico's house or office and dump it, along with your child if they had joined the "garbage squad". Leave a note reading "they're BOTH your problem now".
If the whole neighborhood or town does this, they'll be too swamped (With garbage and legal proceedings) to do anything but give in.

Remember that scene in "1984" where I went over fix the neighbor ladys clogged pipes? And then the 2 kids in their Hitler Youth uniforms gave me the evil and and screeched "Thought Criminal!"
Of course that wasnt as bad as the rats in the head cage gizmo. That was freeeeeeeeeaky. The should use that at Gitmo.

Art, if I lived in Britain, I would so do your plan. I feel like flying over and doing it anyway. Who knows what you'd find in that trash; I hear the politicians are in a heap of trouble over porno and the like. Better wear gloves.
