We Can't Say He Didn't Warn Us
Don't take my word for it that Comrade Obama is deliberately setting the stage for energy prices to go through the roof, crippling the economy, weakening the country, and dramatically lowering our standard of living. Here it is, straight from the horse's ass:

I watched Waxman energy committee today and while the Republicans did ask about cost, they did not say how much it will cost. If cap and trade goes through, cost will go up by 10. The Republicans have to tell the American public the true cost. Also all power will be rationed. Don't think it will be this high? Go buy a pack of cigarettes. The last pack of cigarettes I bought in 1985 was 50 cent and the rise in price is all because of taxes. There will also be blackout across the county, with some areas with out power for day.

well this just prooves it...we're all racists for not voting for this guy..and again...for not loving the fact that our light bills are about to go up as he assured us of.
My daughter told me last night to turn the lights off at 9 for "earth day". Really? Turn the lights off? She said her school had talked about it all day - and then when she got home, Disney Channel had reminded her.
It helped knowing the "scientists" released a finding yesterday that Carbon Dioxide is BAD for the environment/plants. If you recall, we exhale Carbon Dioxide. I believe the plants actually use that Carbon Dioxide to create something humans need to live.
Oxygen.
We decided to wash a load of clothes, start a load of dishes and turn on all the lights & tv's in the house...just cuz. For good measure, when I got in my Yukon XL this a.m. - I rev'd her up a few good times.
It's the little things that keep me sane.

I'm so sick of writing the assholes in Washington, but I'm going to do it yet again, with a real paper letter. I have 2 documents here. One is my two-week paycheck. The other is my monthly utility bill. They are the same amounts. I can't afford a penny more. I can't afford them as it is.
All those people who voted for him thought that these kinds of things surely wouldn't apply to them, it would just be rich people.

Obama's problem is his ivory tower orientation. He's always been a big fish in little closets and has no grasp of scale. His cap and trade and its pauperization of electricity users, ie everyone, will result in a handful of extremely wealthy shits (Jeff Immelt, anyone? Nan Pelosi or Ale Gore or maybe T Pickens -- "what the hell he's old anyway") and a complete collapse of a country that exceeds 3000 miles east west and 1300 miles north south. His "ideas" are the product of insular EU elites who have no concept of America.
