"HOMEOWNERS who do not to take action to improve the energy efficiency of their properties should be treated as criminals, one of the country's most influential environmentalists said last night.
Dr Richard Dixon, director of WWF Scotland, believes tough measures are needed to force people to cut their use of fossil fuels and thinks governments should consider making it a crime for members of the public not to take measures such as installing cavity wall insulation.

He also said he thought failing to put in energy efficiency measures was "as antisocial as drink driving"."

The real irony here is that if you look at the history of politically motivated violence in this country, it's pretty much dominated by the political Left. Earlier in this century, the FBI had named the Hummer-torching, tree-spiking morons from ELF and ALF as the biggest domestic terrorist threat. The PETA people are equally bad. You can also look at the history of political assasinations in America, and again the loopy, loony, lemming-like leftie losers are dominant.

When it comes to terrorist bombings, the political Left always tries to paint OKC bomber Timothy McVeigh as a "right winger". While it is true McVeigh had some Libertarian leanings and claimed to be a constitutional fundamentalist, his rhetoric, tactics and actions were more akin to what is happening on the left than the right.

The Weather Underground is more typical of this type of terrorism in America. What bothers me most is that they have been romanticized to the point where I recently heard one of my co-workers claim that, "they blew stuff up, but they never ever hurt anybody". Tell that to the people they killed.

The loopy, loony, lemming-like leftie losers have even resurrected the bombing and vandalism of military recruiting offices and installations. Oh well, I guess if some innocent bystander gets hurt, they'll just blame it on the 'BusHitler Military Industrial Complex' or some such nonsense, or say that "The Ends Justify The Means" - they're good for that.

We have also had violence break out at some of our local "peace" demonstrations - and every time it's the "peaceniks" attacking the pro-USA, pro-Victory, pro-Military crowd.

As for civil disobedience, it's always the Lefties that want to inturrupt everyone else's right to free speech and assembly - often at semi-public PAID events (like the Code Pinkos at the RNC last year), and many times trying to assault the speakers (just ask Ann Coulter). At public meetings and such, they are worse, and will try to shout down everyone else like a bunch of whiny, immature little children.

But - they are NOT children. They are adults, and they know better. They do it intentionally.

The Left is what is truly dangerous in this country.

Indeed. In a couple hours, I'll be going to a Tea Party at city hall. I hope it remains peaceful, because ACORN and huffington post have both called upon their "Civilian journalists" and similar instigators try and infiltrate the Tea Parties and disrupt them in any way possible. If any of them try, I reall hope that they just limit themselves to acting like jackasses rather than trying to start a fight or riot (Which, as you pointed out, is what liberals love to do at conservative demonstrations).
