Obama's ACORN Brownshirts Close Down Auction
Archetypal progressive Benito Mussolini famously said:
All within the state, nothing outside the state, nothing against the state.
Yet statists often find it useful to exploit cat's paws that are technically outside of the government, like the "students" who terrorized China during Mao's Cultural Revolution, and kidnapped Americans during the theocratic revolution in Iran. Another example is Obama's friends and former employers at ACORN. Even between elections, with few opportunities for voter fraud, ACORN activists busily put the training they received from The Anointed One to work. Look what they got up to yesterday:
A large crowd of protesters disrupted several foreclosure auctions today on the Sacramento County Courthouse steps, winning temporary cancellation of one Sacramento foreclosure and sending an auctioneer to the hospital with chest pains. …
About 75 statewide members of the Association for Community Organizations for Reform Now, in the capital for a lobbying day on housing issues, delayed at least three auctioneers from selling foreclosed homes today. …
[P]rotesters surrounded the group, chanting, blowing whistles and creating a commotion that made it impossible to hear. The auctioneer, who had a pacemaker according to associates, began to collapse and was later taken to a local hospital.
The protest continued for about 90 minutes. ACORN members left after cheering a concession by LPS Financial Services to cancel a specific requested foreclosure auction for one Sacramento family.
ACORN's objectives regarding the housing crisis it was instrumental in causing are clear. They want to undermine the property rights upon which all other rights rest. Their tactics, like their ideology, are quintessentially communist. One of these goons is now sitting in the Oval Office.

Where were the police to round up these hoodelums and escort them to jail? Now wait a minute. This is patriotic protesting. It's only those lowlife Christians and conservatives that must be jailed and/or abused [see the action at Purdue http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JQ9yqHV5I-M ]
Get used to it folks. This is the new bi-partisan era of unicorns and other wonders. <cacking on shoes at the thought of it>

I would have started with some serious ass kicking. These "people" took it to a different level with the manner in which they protested causing those involved with the proceedings to fear for their personal safety. Besides, it would be fun to crack a few nuts.

I live in a house that is fully paid for. My house is much larger than I need.
I fully expect that sometime in Obama's administration his brown shirts will ring my bell to introduce me to the illegal aliens that Obama is assigning to live live in my house
sometime in the future having empty rooms will be a crime against humanity

Here in Paris, each residence is charged a yearly habitation tax. They divide the area of each residence/apartment by the number of its inhabitants. Visitors will likely be relegated to the pullout sofa since few people want to pay tax on a guest bedroom.

eat me - you are surely correct. Thousands of Jewish (and others) who actually had the physical and spiritual strength to survive the "concentration camps" returned to THEIR OWN homes only to find that someone else now lived there with all of the rest of THEIR OWN posessions(what had not already been 'confiscated'), and were not allowed to reclaim their properties. You can bet your sweet bippy you will probably be on the long list of folks who need to "spread the wealth" on to some other more deserving fellow.

Gee, I seem to recall that this kind of forced "quartering" was something that led to a shooting revolution (I know they don't teach much, if anything at all, about the American Revolution in schools these days, but maybe some of us older folks could be sure and instruct the kids and grand-kids on the real story? Might be a good idea).

ACORN 8, former employees of ACORN are saying that minorities and the poor are being "used" and exploited merely to further ACORN's embezzlement, lavish lifestyles, voter fraud, etc.
There's something a lot more sinister going on at ACORN than anyone realizes, says former ACORN legal representative who was terminated when she asked for an audit of ACORN.
Conyers formerly demanded an audit of ACORN, but, under pressure, now publicly backpedals.

"ACORN Fires Board Members Who Were Investigating Embezzlement Charges
According to a CNN report today, (Nov 13, 2008)
http://www.cnn.com/2008/POLITICS/11/13/acorn.investigation/
community organizing group ACORN has fired two board members, Karen Inman and Marcel Reid, it had asked to investigate allegations that the brother of ACORN's founder embezzled nearly $1 million from the group eight years ago. Inman responded that the termination will lead to a criminal investigation.
There is already a lawsuit underway in which Inman and other members of a committee appointed to look into possible embezzlement and its concealment have sought access to ACORN books and records."
One current member refuses to leave ACORN, demands an audit, says Obama involved in wrongdoing;
