Christian Symbols Banned From Chapel
The war on Christianity marches forward in Australia:
Worshippers at one of the state's largest hospital chapels have been ordered to get rid of crucifixes and Bibles and pull down religious pictures and symbols for fear of offending other religions.
The decision by Royal North Shore Hospital has outraged patients and their families, many of whom have turned to the chapel for comfort in their darkest hours.
Apparently not even Muslims like the idea. Maybe they're beginning to realize that after our liberal rulers consolidate control, the alliance of convenience will be over, and Islam will be next on the chopping block. Thou shalt have no other gods before Government.

This is causing real outrage in Australia. It may be a tipping point - like the bonuses.
Muslims have reacted quickly to it by saying they had absolutely nothing to do with it. It is just the bureaucrats. After all there is a separate Muslim praying room in the hospital.
In the latest poll 94% were disgusted with the decision. Even those with no religious attitudes.
One opinion was that we are heading down the road of Britain.

I don't get it. Are non-Christians going to chapels and churches just to be offended? Like it's a passtime?
Would I go to a mosque and see all the people bowing and be all, "wow, this is making me really uncomfortable. It's like they're promoting some religion."

Bureaucrats love practical jokes; haven't you figured that out yet? No Jew, Muslim or atheist wanted the symbols removed, but the government officials figured it would fun to wind people up.

The bureaucrats in question, in trying to 'avoid offending people of other religions,' managed to offend not only Christians but Muslims as well-the Muslim organization were offended at the implication they'd been the reason for the removal. Whoever said bureaucrats couldn't accomplish anything?

Has anyone ever though, when Christ shows up again, would he really want to see all these crosses around after being nailed to one and hung up to die? Seriously. We may have been using the wrong symbolism for like 2000 years. Maybe he's just been avoiding us.

What hack comedian did ya steal that joke from, Anonymous drone? Besides, I think when Christ comes back, he'll be less concerned with what figures are up in churches and people's homes, and more concerned with taking the right people back to Heaven with him.
