Chicago, Illinois

In case there is anyone left on Earth who still thinks it's possible to obtain objective information from the belligerent apparatchiks who staff the statist propaganda service CNN:

Compliments of John H, here's a link you can use if you feel like sounding off to Susan Roesgen's comrades at the Communist News Network.

On tips from V the K, TED, Murff, Catherine, and Rob Banks. Hat tip: Ace of Spades HQ.

CNN had YouTube pull the video, but this updated version is still working for now. On a tip from TED.

I had wondered whatever happened to Marcy from Married with Children.

Sadly, there will always be people who cannot believe that anyone could think differently than themselves. We should all thank CNN for doing us a great favor in so clearly showing that they are the media wing of the liberal party.

CNN Reporter, Susan Roesgen, clearly was not prepared to speak to passionate Americans who could articulate more than two syllables at a time. I actually feel a bit sorry for her since it had to be one of the most frightening assignments of her career.

I'm amazed how talented some of these people who call themselves "reporters" who really are not 'reporters' at all but Jedi's of Sophistry and mis-direction.
Here's why we (normal sane people) are not naturally good in combative linguistics:
1. We have a SOUL
2. Our souls' believe in an almighty
3. Ergo, we believe 'personal responsibility' is an ASSET instead of something to be 'avoided' or 'delegated'.
4. TRUTH matters to people like us.
5. Treating people FAIRLY is just another one of our personal traits. (Obviously, the fault of BOTH of our parents who were really uncontrollable rebels of their time by breaking today's 'popular' definition of a family unit which only includes ONE PARENT instead of TWO, and BOTH of who 'Mother & Father' raised us.

And that is why we sometimes are 'ambushed' by these 'tricksters of debate' who don't really call you straight out but hide their venom in insinuation and eneuendos .

Schakowsky Statement on 'Tax Day Tea Parties'
Schakowsky Calls Parties "Despicable' and "Shameful"

CHICAGO, IL (April 15, 2009) – Rep. Jan Schakowsky, D-IL, released the following statement in response to “tea parties” being held on Tax Day.

“The ‘tea parties’ being held today by groups of right-wing activists, and fueled by FOX News Channel, are an effort to mislead the public about the Obama economic plan that cuts taxes for 95 percent of Americans and creates 3.5 million jobs. It’s despicable that right-wing Republicans would attempt to cheapen a significant, honorable moment of American history with a shameful political stunt. Not a single American household or business will be taxed at a higher rate this year. Made to look like a grassroots uprising, this is an Obama bashing party promoted by corporate interests, as well as Republican lobbyists and politicians.”

Amazing that the CNN reporter has the nerve to accuse the well-spoken small business owner (who is there to exercise her freedom of speech and action in this country), that she doesn't need to be "antagonistic!"

HA- yet the reporter is also telling the man she "interviewed," (by TELLING HIM MORE THAN SHE ASKED OR LISTENED T) "doesn't he know that his state gets $X billion dollars, and that he gets a $400 rebate...of HIS OWN MONEY BACK," and then won't let him get a response in edgewise...UGH--what a flea on society she and that network are.

I will no longer watch CNN--even in the airports between flights. It is a joke of a network that calls itself a news channel. It is a propaganda, tired media source.

There's always some kind of slight of hand is BS political statements from the likes of Schakowsky, and this is it:

"Not a single American household or business will be taxed at a higher rate this year."

Well, this year's taxes are based on last year's rates and regulations, and it doesn't count stuff like taxes on cigarettes going up. It's just an intentionally deceptive statement by a dishonest scumbag.

Anyway, Note that the statement said "rate" and not "pay more taxes". Changing tax rules is a way to raise taxes too. I'm expecting the regulations concerning S-Corps to cost me thousands each year if Rangel gets his way, which he will.

Watch out for Obama's plan to "simplify the tax code". What I hear there is "eliminate write offs and expand the definition of taxable revenue for small and large businesses".

One way or the other taxes will be going up because spending has gotten completely out of hand. How else do these morons think we will be able to even cover even the interest payments on all this borrowing?

LOL, the Marcy connection is especially funny since 'Married With Children' took place in Chicago!
Plus, as I recall, one of the best episodes of the series was called 'The Chicago Wine Party,' which involved Al mobilizing his family and friends to stop the passage of a tax increase on beer!

Nobody should be surprised that Susan Rosen was able to easily play comes natural to her.

Hey Susan - great job of making the news instead of reporting it!

If the big wigs at CNN have any credibility left, they'd fire Susan Roesgen.

The Hypocrisy of 'Journalist' Susan Roesgen!

The Chicago Tea Party Protest that Susan Roesgen Missed

This is unbelievable 15 people(Obama voters) show up to protest President Elect Obama in the same city of Chicago on left wing issues, like "end torture" "universal healthcare" "end global warming" This from January 2, 2009.

But CNN Reporter Susan Roesgen doesn't have the anger she had yesterday, and says Mr. Obama "are you listening".

Remember the clip of Michele Malkin in Berkeley - she tried to interview a few moonbats and rather than confonting her with actiual dialogue they began chanting "Kill Michelle" (or something similar) and chased her down the street?

Compare Michele's treatment to the way conservatives treated this clueless obama-tongue bitch.

Conservatives have class. Liberals are violent ass-wipes who will, sooner or later, get hurt.

Posted by: Jimbo at April 16, 2009 9:18 PM

Also - I noted today that the Austin, TX newspaper, the Hatesman, could find a whole webpage front photo for 200 anti-gun protestors while virtually ignoring the thousands who showed up for the Austin Tea Party.

THAT boys and girls, is the Obama-controlled media.

And people wonder why newspapers are going under? Only stoopid moonbats wonder.

Posted by: Jimbo at April 16, 2009 9:23 PM

It's ok CNN, it'll all be over before you know it. Try not to embarrass yourselves and make it worse than it needs to be. Sssshhhh, there there now.

Speaking of newspapers and their steady slouch towards the tar pits...

Newspapers Want To Have It Both Ways On The Web

First of all, newspapers want to have it both ways. They want to complain because blogs and search engines are posting excerpts of their work, but they also want the traffic those links generate. If they didn't, they could block the search engine spiders from crawling their websites and put a registration wall in place and that would incentivize bloggers not to link them. After all, most bloggers aren't going to link back to a website their readers aren't able to view sans registration.

It's also worth noting that what these newspapers and the Associated Press are complaining about is the exact same sort of fair use that they themselves use whenever it suits them. The mainstream media regularly quotes excerpts of columns, releases, and speeches -- so, why shouldn't that cut both ways?

Posted by: SK at April 16, 2009 10:20 PM

Jimbo, there's also when she was interviewing a few people at one of the "Recreate 68" demonstrations, and a liberal radio host there tried to incite an angry mob against her!

Where have you been for the last 8 years? Where was the protest when the statist Fox news backed Bush's every fart?

Posted by: Anonymous at April 17, 2009 6:13 AM

"B-b-b-but BUSH! Fox News!"

I've never been so encouraged by seeing something so sad.

Posted by: Anonymous at April 17, 2009 6:54 AM

B-b-b-b-but Cheney! Torture! Oil! Gitmo! Halliburton! Wiretapping! (lower lip trembling)

Just for information, is CNN statist now? It's certainly backing Obama's every fart, which I'm sure smells like rosebuds. Just checking.

FYI - Ole' Susan tried for a job at FNC once but was soundly rejected, woman scorned?? Apparently FNC recognized her talent (or lack of).

Don't worry, Ted. Someone will re-upload it. It will be on the Net forever.

Posted by: SPURWING PLOVER at April 19, 2009 5:40 PM

Yup!!!! The "anti-war" movement wasnt "anti-government" enough to be labeled as such by the media, but now its time to question the patriotism of protesters.

Its endless hypocrisy from our leftwing upper-class.
