Chairman Zero Skips Normandy, Afraid of Offending Germans
If we had been cursed with our current leadership during the rise of totalitarianism in Europe, would we have stood up to the Nazis? Here's the answer: Obama nixed a stop at Normandy during his recent European trip, lest he offend Germans.
If only he would start worrying about offending normal Americans who cling neurotically to our Bibles and constitutional rights.
Why would Germans be offended anyway? As Thomas Lifson points out, their government has thoroughly repudiated Nazism; maybe BHO was actually concerned that he would offend the Nazis' Muslim allies.
Heroes died at Normandy so that America could have the luxury of growing soft enough to allow someone like Obama in the White House. But not all foreign threats to our liberty are in the past, any more than all threats to our liberty are foreign.

Lucky for the O man. If he went to Normandy, he would have disrespected all of the interred hero's.
My Grandfather is their which allowed the asshole to become the leader of the liberals. He is rolling over in his grave right now.

Hell, he'll not go to Pearl Harbor for fear that he'll offend the Japanese if that's the case.
Funny though. If it's about not "offending people" how the hell do they defend this??
I'm sure a lot of South Florida immigrant residents are "offended" (read: pissed off) at this news.

There is a lot of talk of him being a socialist, it is looking more and more as if he is a fascist. Were this the case, he wouldn't go to Normandy because HE is offended at the barbarism of the Allies' unwarranted attack and eventual dismantling of the 'Great Experiment' in Europe. Watch and see if there isn't a decided bias toward 'people of light skin' in this country in the future, oh wait, it's already started. He's building his master race right under your noses.

Going to a place where 1000s of brave US Heros died to liberate Europe was totally against his mission to apologize to Europe for the big bad Bush years.........

As an ex Chicagoan(1938-1980),I think this Chicago Black-muslim should not be allowed to set foot on the hallowed ground of the Normandy battlefields. I was there in the south side of Chicago when this new religion started by one Elija Poole Muhammad brought the old Greek church named St Connies at 73rd and Stony-Island ave.
I know all about these people, the Obamas and the Farakans and the Jacksons. Their storm troopers, the Blackstone rangers, later the Black Panther party,yes I know all about these people because I lived through it. And now you will live through it also.
